Jhanak update Friday 27 June 2025

The episode begins with Anirudh making a shocking confession—he admits that he forged the medical reports. He explains that he had visited a friend’s father who is battling cancer and used those reports by altering them to reflect his name. Everyone is stunned. Anirudh continues, saying he had shown those fake reports to Jhanak.

Arshi, visibly hurt, says that any justification Anirudh had has been reduced to ashes in the sacred fire of the havan. Jhanak, furious and heartbroken, lashes out at Anirudh. He accepts the blame, saying that deceit runs in his blood and urges her to curse or punish him. Jhanak retorts that divine justice will deal with him.

Aditya intervenes, urging Jhanak to stop and not misunderstand Anirudh. He says Anirudh had made him promise not to reveal the truth and insists there’s more to the story. However, Jhanak, enraged and feeling betrayed, refuses to listen.

Shrishti tells Jhanak to leave. Jhanak responds with fierce dignity, saying she feels free today and even happy. She questions Shrishti’s supposed love for Arshi and accuses her of being capable of killing for her daughter. Shrishti is angered. Jhanak declares that she no longer considers Shrishti her mother, and claims Urvashi as the one she regards as her true mother. She thanks Dadu for always standing by her, and he blesses her. As she prepares to leave, Appu asks Mrinalini to take care of her.

As Jhanak walks out, Anirudh calls her name. Arshi questions his intentions. Anirudh admits that calling Jhanak’s name has become a habit—one that brings him peace, and even though she wants to leave, he’ll always try to stop her. Jhanak leaves with Mrinalini.

Later, Aditya tells Arshi he kept his word by not revealing the truth to Jhanak. When Arshi demands to know the secret, Aditya coldly tells her she doesn’t need to know and walks away. Shubh tries to lift spirits by urging everyone to eat and celebrate Anirudh and Arshi’s wedding.

Meanwhile, Jhanak is emotionally devastated. Mrinalini tries to console her, but Jhanak is overwhelmed by pain. She says she never deserved such betrayal, but she will accept it and move forward. She recalls her father’s advice to focus on her goals and rise above hardship. Through tears, she says she was humiliated and discarded by Anirudh, who treated her like an object. Mrinalini is heartbroken to see her suffer.

Back at the house, Anirudh is visibly troubled. Bipasha tells Arshi to forgive him now that he’s back with her. Just then, Appu storms in crying. She scolds Anirudh, asking why he deceived Jhanak and married someone else. Lalon tries to calm her and says she has every right to be there. When Lal mocks him, Lalon firmly replies that enough is enough—he will no longer remain silent. Appu calls Anirudh a “bad boy” and walks away.

Later, Bipasha tells Arshi and Anirudh to go to their room. Meanwhile, Jhanak is packing her bags. Mrinalini asks if she’s leaving for Mumbai, and Jhanak confirms—saying she wants to start afresh in a new city where she has no ties. She adds that she doesn’t want to see Anirudh or anyone from the family again and is determined to build a life for herself independently.

In the final scene, Arshi comes to speak with Anirudh. She tells him that even if he doesn’t love her, he still belongs to her—that’s enough for her. She admits she didn’t want to beg for his love and had initially left him, but returned for the sake of their unborn child. She asks why he chose her over Jhanak. Anirudh replies that whatever happened between them, the child is innocent. He is left alone with his guilt and memories, silently breaking down.
