Jhanak update Monday 30 June 2025
The episode begins with Anirudh confronting Shubh, urging him to return the property that rightfully belongs to Lalon. Arshi defends Shubh, claiming he worked hard to build the house. However, Anirudh criticizes the nature of Shubh’s work, accusing him of building a life based on deception. Choton steps in and blames Shubh for destroying Lalon’s family, recounting how Anuradha has struggled to cover Appu’s medical expenses.
Shubh and Tanuja attempt to silence Choton, but he stands firm, unafraid of their threats. Despite protests from Arshi and Bipasha, Choton insists the truth will eventually be revealed. He mentions that renowned lawyer Barrister Prasad has taken up the case and is confident of winning. He accuses Shubh of tarnishing the family’s name.
Arshi questions whether they even have proof, and Shubh dismisses the accusations, claiming Lalon’s family is motivated by greed. He says he always suspected something was off when they accepted Appu. Anjana defends Appu, stating that although she’s mentally challenged, she has a pure heart—unlike the others. Shubh then reveals the details of the legal notice: they have been given 7 days to vacate the house and must pay a fine of ₹15 crores. Everyone is stunned.
Bipasha scoffs at the demand and suggests bribing Lalon with a small amount. Anirudh snaps at her, warning that if she were in Lalon’s place, she would be the one begging. He lashes out at both Bipasha and Lal for their insensitivity. He then declares that if necessary, he himself will leave the house.
Elsewhere, Jhanak reaches the house that once belonged to her father, Brij Bhushan. She’s overwhelmed as she asks the lawyer if this is truly her father’s property. He confirms it is and explains that the area is known as “Kul.” He tells the accompanying local men to be respectful towards Jhanak. She assures them she’s fine and steps into the house, filled with emotion.
Meanwhile, Shubh visits Barrister Prasad’s office to inquire about the legal notice. Sameer, who is also present with the Commissioner, secretly records the conversation. Pretending to be surprised, Shubh mentions receiving the notice. Prasad confirms his identity and states they’ve collected all the necessary evidence to support the claims against him. He tells Shubh to vacate the property within seven days.
Shubh says he can’t afford the demanded amount but is willing to face any legal consequences. Prasad coldly tells him to be ready for punishment. Sameer questions Shubh’s lack of empathy, reminding him that he didn’t even recognize the people whose lives he ruined, including Lalon and his mother.
Prasad then asks Shubh when he took the money from Lalon’s family. Shubh admits he used their money to start his business. Prasad then casts doubt on whether Lalon’s father died of natural causes, implying there could be more to the story. Sameer adds that Shubh essentially condemned their family to a life of suffering. Shubh tries to defend himself, saying they could have asked for help, but Prasad cuts him off, warning him not to manipulate the facts and ordering him to leave.
Back at Brij’s house, Jhanak continues to absorb the emotional weight of being in her father’s home. Shockingly, the lawyer—who had appeared trustworthy—locks her inside the house and walks away, leaving her stunned and alone.
