The episode begins with Balveer expressing concern, saying something feels off since Ranbir hasn’t returned any calls. Meher prays anxiously for Ranbir’s well-being, clearly worried. Zoravar scolds her for speaking negatively. Harman suggests calling Meghla, and Meher agrees. Zoravar questions who they’re talking about. Simran replies, “The girl Ranbir chose.” Zoravar angrily responds that she ruined Ranbir’s life, calling her uneducated and blaming Ranbir for losing his senses over her. Simran says perhaps Meghla upset him when they spoke earlier. Zoravar mocks the situation.

Meanwhile, Param calls Chandan and informs him that Ranbir didn’t show up at the award function, and they haven’t been able to reach him. He adds that Ranbir said he’d go directly to the venue. Chandan replies that Ranbir had come to meet Meghla earlier. He hands the phone to Meghla. Param tells her everyone is worried since Ranbir missed the event. Meghla replies that Ranbir came to see her but left two hours ago. Param asks if she has spoken to him since, and she says no. Zoravar questions why she met him in the first place. Meghla clarifies that she didn’t call him—he showed up on his own. She pleads with them to let her know if they hear anything. Param agrees. Meghla becomes increasingly anxious.

Meher tells Harman to find out more, while Zoravar fumes with frustration. Kamal asks him to calm down. Just then, Simran receives a phone call. It’s the inspector, who informs her that Ranbir has been in a serious accident. Everyone is stunned. The inspector adds that Ranbir has sustained multiple injuries and is in the hospital. Meher breaks down in panic, asking what happened. Harman tries to comfort her. Simran relays the information to the family, and they all rush out. Chandan learns about the accident and is also shaken. He assures them not to worry and says Ranbir will be okay.

Mahua, shocked, asks how it happened. Chandan replies that he doesn’t know the full details but Ranbir is badly hurt. Adrija immediately blames Meghla for the incident, vowing she’ll land in jail. Meghla, devastated, insists she never wanted anything bad to happen. Mahua fears the entire family may get dragged into trouble since Meghla met him last. Chandan defends Meghla, saying she didn’t ask Ranbir to come—he came on his own. Meghla, lost in her thoughts, breaks down thinking about Ranbir. Chandan then says they should go to the hospital. Adrija asks if she can come along, expressing concern. Mahua tells them to be careful and prays for Ranbir’s recovery. Adrija glares at Meghla before leaving.

Later, Mahua finds Meghla sitting alone and asks her to come have dinner. Meghla refuses, still upset. Mahua scolds her, saying she’s behaving irresponsibly. She angrily reminds Meghla that she crossed a line by meeting Ranbir—if anything happens to him, Meghla could be implicated. Mahua questions why Meghla is crying, especially after she insisted she didn’t want to marry Ranbir. “If that’s true,” Mahua says, “then why are you so affected? Adrija might be right—perhaps you do have feelings for him.” Meghla tries to deny it, saying it’s nothing like that. Mahua presses her to tell the truth. Meghla, holding back tears, replies, “I don’t know… but I’m in pain.” Mahua sternly asks, “Then tell me—why are you hurt?”
