Soulmate: The episode begins with Anya approaching Sachin and relaying what Sayali had told him. Sachin dismisses it as a fabricated story. Sayali, standing nearby, listens as Sachin inquires about her well-being, and she smiles upon hearing his concern.

Meanwhile, Roshni and Tejas have dinner, with Renu serving them. When Roshni steps away to prepare more parathas, Renu confronts Tejas, reminding him that he spends his days idle and urging him to find a job. She warns him that Sayali saw him at a restaurant and informed Sachin, who now wants to expose and evict him. Tejas brushes it off, telling her to forget about it.

At home, Paresh waits for Sachin and Sayali to return. When Sachin arrives, Paresh calls him over, but Sachin, clearly intoxicated, tries to evade the conversation. Renu immediately recognizes his state, and Sachin, overwhelmed with emotions, confesses that he couldn’t bear seeing his father’s respect tarnished by Akash. He admits to confronting and assaulting Akash at a hotel.

Paresh is dismayed, scolding Sachin for his actions. Renu interjects, sarcastically suggesting that Sachin should also hit his wife. Sachin firmly states that he would never raise his hand against a woman, as his grandmother taught him better. He then regretfully shares that Sayali had come to speak with him, but in his anger, he drove her away.

As tensions rise, Renu blames Sayali for their family’s misfortunes, calling her unlucky and accusing her of bringing disgrace upon them. The neighbors, she laments, are mocking their family due to Akash and Paresh’s issues. Sachin, enraged, offers to confront those speaking ill of them.

Tejas, however, shifts the blame onto Sayali, but Sachin counters, pointing out that Tejas was the root of their troubles. He reminds everyone that Tejas had humiliated their father by abandoning his wedding, setting off a chain reaction that led to Akash’s betrayal. Sachin, deeply emotional, laments that their father, a good man, ended up with two unworthy sons.

Roshni steps in, challenging Sachin’s self-righteousness and reminding him that he, too, is a flawed son who returned home drunk. A heated argument ensues, escalating into a physical altercation between Sachin and Tejas. As Paresh tries to intervene, the fight intensifies, and in the chaos, Sachin accidentally slaps Roshni. Furious, Tejas retaliates, and the situation spirals out of control.

Suddenly, Paresh collapses, clutching his chest in pain. Everyone rushes to his side, panic setting in. Roshni insists they take him to the hospital immediately. Meanwhile, Sayali, asleep at her home, jolts awake with a sense of unease, as if sensing something is wrong. Shubha tries to comfort her.

At the hospital, the family anxiously waits for news. The doctor emerges, revealing that Paresh has suffered a heart attack. He warns them that while they have conducted tests, Paresh’s condition is critical, and his life remains in danger.
