Soulmate: Sachin approaches a businessman, requesting financial help to start Paresh’s treatment. However, the businessman refuses to provide any money unless Sachin can present legal or authentic documents. Frustrated and enraged, Sachin loses his temper and nearly attacks the businessman. Despite the refusal, he vows to save Paresh and bring him back to full health.

Meanwhile, Juhi, unable to find another solution, calls Akash and informs him about Paresh’s critical condition and his admission to the nursing home. She urges Akash to be actively involved in the treatment. Initially shocked, Akash promises to attend to Paresh’s care.

Sayali, overhearing their conversation, scolds Juhi for her interference. She fears that Sachin and Akash might end up fighting again. When Sayali demands to know why Juhi acted without consulting anyone, Juhi remains silent.

Later, Sachin learns that a businessman is willing to buy his old car for four lakh rupees. Without hesitation, he agrees to sell it, ensuring that Paresh’s treatment can begin. He asks the manager to finalize the arrangements and prays to the Almighty for his father’s recovery. Meanwhile, he searches for Sayali, but she is nowhere to be found.

A few minutes later, Sachin arrives at the hospital and informs his mother, Renuka, that he has managed to arrange the money for Paresh’s treatment. Renuka is shocked and asks how he acquired the funds so quickly. Sachin then confesses that he decided to sell his car to afford Paresh’s medical expenses.

Everyone is left stunned by his decision. Sayali, overhearing his words, feels deeply guilty and sorrowful for her husband.

Renuka, however, refuses to let Sachin sell his car to cover the treatment costs. Instead, she takes off her gold bangles and hands them to Sachin, asking him to exchange them for money. She declares that she is willing to sacrifice anything to bring her husband back to health. Sayali, filled with sadness, watches from afar, unable to face the family in their moment of hardship.
