Saras and Kumud update Wednesday 12 March 2025

Saras and Kumud: The episode begins with Saras assuring Kumud that no matter how far she goes, he will always be there, waiting for her.

He vows to stay by her side until she says yes, even if it takes a lifetime. Kumud watches him leave, lost in thought. Later, in her room, she feels the cold wind and goes to shut the windows, only to find Saras standing outside.

She steps out and offers him milk, urging him to go home as the weather is harsh. Saras refuses, saying that storms eventually bring clarity. When she insists that he might fall sick, he questions why she cares so much.

She denies caring and walks away. He stops her, asking if she is lying to him or to herself. When she tries to leave, he refuses to let go, teasing her about slapping him. Kumud reminds him that she is still married, but Saras confidently declares that he will soon break this barrier.

Meanwhile, Yash tells his mother about a girl he has chosen, assuring her that she will be proud of his decision. His mother discusses it with Vidyachatur and Guniyal, expressing concern over whether the girl is suitable.

The next morning, Kumud wakes up, expecting to see Saras but finds only an empty glass of milk. She assumes he has finally listened to her, but Badimaa questions her own stubbornness, reminding Kumud that Saras cannot live without her.

Kumud, however, believes she only brings him pain and decides to keep her distance.

Guniyal questions Kusum for skipping dinner, sensing something is troubling her. Kusum, lost in thought, struggles to move on. Badimaa, meanwhile, asks Kumud to deliver some documents to Saras.

Kumud is shocked to realize they are her divorce papers, confirming that she will legally be free in three months. Badimaa hints that this might be a sign that Saras will no longer have to endure humiliation because of their love. Kumud is left deep in thought.

Later, Yash’s mother is still upset, but Guniyal encourages her to be happy for Yash’s return. Kusum and Kumari prepare for Bhai Dooj. When Yash finally arrives, he takes everyone’s blessings and shocks them all by introducing his wife Kalika.

The entire family is stunned. Kalika, smiling, greets everyone, but Yash’s mother reacts angrily, refusing to accept her. She blames Kumud for the misfortunes in their house, accusing her of being a bad omen. While Vidyachatur and Badimaa defend Kumud, Yash’s mother refuses to accept Kalika, claiming she is unworthy.

Kumud drags Kalika away, confronting her about manipulating Yash. Kalika insists she has changed and pleads for a chance to prove herself.

Kumud refuses to believe her, accusing her of using Yash just as she once used Pramad. Kalika, in turn, points out that Kumud is still in love with Saras despite her impending divorce.

This confrontation forces Kumud to admit her love for Saras. As she processes this realization, the temple bells ring, as if confirming her feelings. Kalika, sensing a victory, warns Kumud that she will soon become a permanent part of her life.

Back at home, Yash defends Kalika, declaring that he married her out of love. While the family refuses to accept her, Kalika plays the victim, begging for a chance.

Yash stands by her, forcing the family into a difficult position. Despite their protests, he chooses to leave with Kalika, but she insists on staying back to win their acceptance, particularly Kumud’s.

Meanwhile, Kumud tries calling Saras, but he ignores her calls, waiting for her to confess her love. Later, she tells Badimaa that she has realized her happiness lies with Saras and that she wants to tell him she is incomplete without him.

Badimaa is overjoyed and encourages her to go to him. Kumud takes Saras’s mother’s anklet as a symbol of her love and prepares to confess her feelings. However, Saras is avoiding her, and she fears she may have waited too long. Badimaa reassures her that love always finds a way.

As the episode ends, Kumud, filled with determination, sets out to finally tell Saras that she belongs with him.
