Lost in Love update Thursday 17 April 2025
Savi anxiously asks the doctor about Isha’s condition. The doctor replies that while Isha is stable for now, there’s a serious concern. When Savi presses him for details, he explains that Isha has developed a brain clot due to a severe head injury. She must remain under close observation and might require surgery. In the worst case, she could slip into a coma. Hearing this, Mrunmayee breaks down emotionally, and Savi consoles her.
Shantanu is filled with guilt for not being there to protect Isha when the accident occurred. He expresses his pain over her suffering. Rajat tries to reassure him, saying that Isha will be fine and nothing will happen to her.
A nurse then hands over Isha’s belongings to Savi. Inside the bag, Savi discovers Lucky’s laptop. She tells Harini that Isha had been eager to meet both of them and share something important. Now, after the accident, finding Lucky’s laptop with her can’t be a coincidence—it’s all connected. As Savi tries to turn on the laptop, she hears an inspector at the reception asking about Isha and rushes to speak with him. The inspector insists on meeting her.
Just then, Rajendra and Bhagyashree arrive to support Shantanu. Bhagyashree becomes alarmed when she notices blood stains on Rajat’s blazer. The family then goes to Isha’s room, where she lies unconscious. Rajat demands that the inspector find the owner of the vehicle involved in the accident. The inspector shares that it was a black SUV, which crashed into a tree after hitting Isha. He assures them that they will review nearby CCTV footage to track the vehicle. Rajat asks Savi to stay with Isha while the rest pray for her recovery.
Savi looks at Isha, tears welling up in her eyes. Bhagyashree enters and tries to emotionally provoke Isha, reminding her of their past fights and shared memories. The nurse tells Bhagyashree to leave, saying only one person is allowed with the patient and that Isha likely can’t hear her. As Bhagyashree begins to walk out, Isha’s fingers twitch.
Savi notices the movement and quickly calls Bhagyashree back, asking her to continue speaking, as Isha seems to be responding. Bhagyashree resumes her emotional appeal, and to everyone’s shock, Isha slowly opens her eyes. Savi rushes to call the others and urgently asks Isha to explain how the accident happened. Isha weakly utters the name “Lucky” with great effort before losing consciousness again. The doctor asks everyone to leave, warning that Isha is too fragile to handle any more stress.
Meanwhile, Sai and Vansh offer prayers for Isha’s speedy recovery. Bhagyashree is disturbed by the mention of Lucky’s name and hopes that their home won’t be struck by misfortune this Diwali. Tara tries to reach Lucky but is unsuccessful. Bhagyashree calls her, demanding to know what Lucky has done, since Isha mentioned his name. Tara insists he’s innocent and tries again to contact him, but fails.
Savi, determined to understand the truth, pleads with Isha to explain why she mentioned Lucky. The doctor, however, warns that patients in shock often speak incoherently. Savi questions why Lucky’s laptop was with Isha in the first place. The doctor asks her to bring Isha’s medical reports. Rajat volunteers to get them and tells Savi to stay with Isha. Savi agrees and prepares to leave.
