Kashvi senses something strange when Neelam hands her a baby doll. She’s about to question her, but Mahima interrupts, announcing a twist in the baby doll game—only the men will play, while the women can only assist their husbands. Meera calls Arjun to hurry, as the game is about to begin. Neelam brings out a tub of water, and Arjun catches a glimpse of her reflection.

He’s shocked—he recognizes her as Pradyuman’s supposedly deceased wife. Confused, he wonders how she could be alive. Arjun begins to suspect that Pradyuman lied to him all along, and that his wife never died. Determined to uncover the truth, he decides to follow Neelam. Noticing Arjun’s intense gaze, Neelam gets nervous and quickly leaves. Arjun attempts to go after her, but Meera stops him, asking where he’s headed. Arjun replies he has urgent work and rushes off. However, by the time he gets outside, Neelam has already driven away. Arjun vows to keep a close eye on Pradyuman from now on.

Later, Pradyuman wonders why Neelam left the party so suddenly and decides to talk to her. As he walks, Kashvi calls out to him. In the moment, Pradyuman stumbles, and Kashvi catches him. They both end up holding onto each other. Witnessing this, Swati grows furious and sarcastically asks if she should serve food. Pradyuman says he needs to head to the office, prompting Swati to angrily toss a mop on the floor. Kashvi questions her behavior, but Swati brushes it off, claiming she has kitchen work and walks away.

Outside, Arjun secretly follows Pradyuman and sees him enter a residential complex. Arjun waits, but Pradyuman doesn’t emerge. Just then, Raunaq Sir calls, and Arjun decides to leave for now, promising himself that he’ll expose Pradyuman eventually. Once Arjun leaves, Pradyuman emerges from the building and drives to another location.

At that place, Swati is waiting. Pradyuman calls her “sasumaa” and demands to know why she called him so urgently. He also asks where Neelam is. Swati replies that Neelam is resting inside, but she called him to clarify a few things. She confronts him about how he behaves with Kashvi—touching her, holding her hand. Pradyuman denies any wrong intent, saying he’s only close to Kashvi for the baby’s sake and insists that he deeply loves Neelam.

He then walks into the room to see Neelam but finds it empty. Alarmed, he calls out to Swati. She checks and finds Neelam collapsed on the floor with her wrist bleeding. Shocked, Pradyuman rushes to help and they immediately take her to the hospital.

Meanwhile, Kashvi, Dadi, and Romila visit a jewelry store to choose a necklace for Kashvi. Nitya also arrives with Meera. As they browse, both Romila and Nitya pick the same necklace—Romila for Kashvi, and Nitya for Meera. A heated argument ensues, but Kashvi and Meera intervene, saying they don’t like that necklace anyway. Instead, they select different ones for each other.

Romila, watching this, questions Kashvi on how she can be so kind to Meera, who she sees as her “sautan.” Kashvi explains that she doesn’t hold any hatred for Meera. She acknowledges that Meera loves Karun like her own child and has had a positive influence on him. Kashvi says she’s trying to move past the pain of Meera and Arjun’s relationship. Perhaps fate never intended her and Arjun to be together, so there’s no point in blaming Meera.

Back at the hospital, Pradyuman lashes out at Swati for telling Neelam about Kashvi. He insists on taking Neelam to a better hospital—City Hospital. Swati reminds him that according to official records, Neelam is supposed to be dead. Ignoring her, he rushes to the hospital, begging the doctor to save his wife, who has slit her wrists. The doctor informs him that it’s a police case and they’re short on blood. Pradyuman hands over money and promises to arrange blood himself. He asks Swati to stay with Neelam and leaves.

Coincidentally, Kashvi is at the same hospital. She doesn’t spot Pradyuman but sees Swati taking Neelam inside. The nurse reassures Swati that her daughter will recover. Just then, Kashvi enters and confronts Swati, asking why she’s there and what relation she has with the patient.
