Anupama update Wednesday 30 April 2025

The episode begins with Prem telling Anupama that he will remove the glass piece from her foot. Baa asks Aadhya where she’s going, to which Aadhya responds that if she had broken the glass, she would have cleaned it. Prem assures her he will clean it since someone might get hurt, but Aadhya insists that she’ll take care of it. Prem then bandages Anupama’s foot while Aadhya picks up the glass shards from the floor.

Mahi reflects on how wonderful Prem is, thinking her world was only Anudi until now, but now it includes Prem as well. She feels like her world is complete. Mahi approaches Ansh and asks what’s going on. Ansh explains that yesterday he was competing against them, but today he’ll be their cheerleader, rooting for his sisters. He says he was in a bad mood yesterday but is now fully recharged. Mahi asks if he didn’t do it for Prem, to which Ansh replies, “I don’t do it for outsiders.”

Pari then enters and calls everyone. They all gather and ask what’s wrong. Pari explains that she can’t compete today because her model got food poisoning and won’t be able to attend. She asks if anyone else can wear the dress she designed. Kinjal suggests calling another model if she knows one, but Pari says she doesn’t and that she found this one through social media. Toshu asks Ishu to call her model friends, and Ishu agrees. Pakhi remarks that those models will want money, and Kinjal adds that Pakhi wouldn’t allow Ishu to help her anyway.

Pakhi comments that while people may be insecure about Rahi, they won’t feel that way about Pari. Kinjal argues that Pari might not win, but Pakhi insists she will never lose. Kinjal says that Ishu won’t win, and they continue to bicker. Aadhya reflects on how, even though their kids have grown up, they still argue like this. Anupama steps in and tells everyone to stop crying. Pari asks Anupama what she should do since she doesn’t have a model, and she hugs her in distress. Anupama reassures her, saying she knows one supermodel. Pari asks who, and Anupama points to herself in the mirror.

Mahi agrees that it’s perfect. Ansh adds that no one could be a cuter model than Anupama. Anupama tells Pari to showcase her talent and confidence, to carry the dress in a way that will amaze everyone. Mahi suggests she do a ramp walk, but Kinjal and Toshu protest. Anupama replies that beauty shouldn’t be judged by size, and she encourages them to change people’s mindset. She reminds Kinjal that she herself once said, “My body, my rules.”

Pari decides to participate, determined to try instead of regretting later. Anupama supports her decision, and Kinjal warns Anupama that she will be blamed if anything goes wrong. Anupama wishes everyone the best for the second round of the competition. Aadhya watches them as she leaves.

During the Gujarati Superstar Round 2, Pari’s turn comes last. Dolly comments that it will be interesting to see how Pari performs, while Kinjal is visibly anxious. The anchor calls Pari to the stage, and Mahi and Aadhya rush to help her with her dress zipper, which isn’t working. Aadhya helps her zip up, and Pari thanks her, asking if she looks good. Aadhya assures her that she does. Mahi reminds Aadhya to show some emotion, but Aadhya replies that as long as she’s in a bad mood, Mahi’s place is secure; otherwise, she knows how much Anudi loves her.

Pari walks onto the stage, and the family cheers her on. People comment on her dress, and Ansh also cheers for her. Suddenly, the zipper of her dress bursts open, and everyone is shocked. Anupama and Aadhya rush to the stage and cover her with their dupattas. People in the audience begin recording the incident, and Anupama urges them to delete the videos. The anchor asks the audience to erase any footage they may have taken. Anupama and Aadhya escort Pari off the stage.

Backstage, Kinjal and Toshu blame Pari for the mishap. Kinjal accuses Anupama of orchestrating the public humiliation, and Toshu joins in, blaming her as well. In the green room, Anupama asks everyone to turn off their phones for a while. Pari is devastated, worried that her video is already going viral. Anupama reassures her, telling her not to worry and hugs her. She reflects on how people take pleasure in making fun of others for likes and views. Ishu agrees, saying it’s just the way things are, but Anupama looks disappointed.

Ansh tries to comfort Pari, saying people will forget about it in two minutes. Pari retorts that as a girl, she knows this kind of wardrobe malfunction will stick with her forever, and people will call her the “wardrobe malfunction girl.” Anupama encourages her not to let this incident define her and reminds her that people have short memories. She urges Pari to become even more successful so that everyone forgets the scandal. Anupama says that nothing serious happened, and she and Rahi managed the situation well.

Kinjal interrupts, criticizing Anupama for giving fake sympathy. She accuses Anupama of suggesting the ramp walk, and Toshu joins in, blaming her for everything. Kinjal says that Pari’s respect has been ruined because of Anupama’s idea. Aadhya, surprised, asks, “What?” Mahi, trying to defend her, questions Aadhya, asking if she helped Pari with the zipper.

Aadhya explains that there was little time before Pari’s turn, and since her name was being called, she helped her. She tells Mahi that if she was so concerned, she should’ve helped as well. Mahi snaps back, accusing Aadhya of trying to sabotage the situation. Aadhya, frustrated, replies that everyone has gone mad and desperate ever since the competition started.
