The episode begins with Anupama confronting Baa, reminding her of all the things Mahi does for the family. She highlights how Mahi takes care of everyone, from massaging Baa’s knees to preparing food for Ishu and the others. Anupama emphasizes that Mahi does all these things because she wants to, not because she’s paid. She reveals that Mahi has filled the emptiness in her heart after Choti left, and without Mahi, she would have been completely broken. Anupama expresses her immense gratitude, saying she can never repay Mahi for all she has done. Mahi, moved by her words, shares a heartfelt hug with Anupama.

Rahi, feeling slighted, interrupts and sarcastically claps, accusing Anupama of favoring Mahi over her. She asks Anupama to choose between Rahi and Mahi, creating tension in the room. Anupama tries to calm Rahi, but she continues to argue, stating that she has never been chosen by Anupama over anyone else. Anupama reassures her, telling Rahi that she loves her and Mahi equally, despite the challenges they face.

As the day progresses, the family gathers to celebrate Ansh’s birthday. Anupama, however, reveals she has to leave for some important work, but assures everyone she’ll return. Rahi questions her, but Anupama brushes it off, leaving with a sense of unease. The moment Anupama leaves the house, a light bulb flickers and bursts, causing concern among the family members.

Anupama arrives at the cloud kitchen, where she speaks with Janki behen and asks her to take care of things while she’s gone. Rahi, still holding onto her resentment, comments that Anupama doesn’t just want to be great but is constantly putting on an act. Anupama listens quietly, her face reflecting the complexity of the emotions swirling around her.
