The episode opens with Meghla and Ranbir deep in conversation. Meghla looks around and remarks on how beautiful everything is, admitting she hadn’t realized she’d wandered so far and perhaps shouldn’t have come alone. Ranbir responds thoughtfully, saying that this is the harsh reality for girls—they must think multiple times before stepping out alone, whereas boys roam freely without a second thought.
Curious, Meghla asks if he’s traveling with family. Ranbir replies that he’s traveling solo, explaining that he enjoys the freedom it brings. He then asks if she’s attending the masked dance festival. Meghla confirms, sharing that her parents have roots in Kolkata and they planned this trip.
Ranbir shifts the conversation to her singing and asks if she’s trained. She replies modestly that she’s still learning. He compliments her, saying she sings like a professional. When she denies it, he insists he’s seen her video online—singing “Albela Sajan.” Surprised, Meghla realizes that someone must have recorded her practice session at Guru Ji’s place and posted it online. She clarifies that she doesn’t post her own videos.
Meanwhile, Mahua grows anxious, realizing they’ve come far and Meghla doesn’t have her phone. Adrija criticizes Meghla for being careless. Chandan, however, defends her, saying Meghla neither likes nor needs a phone. Mahua is visibly worried, concerned about finding Meghla before the day ends.
Back with Ranbir and Meghla, he comments that many people must know her now, given the viral video. Meghla brushes off the idea, saying she sings purely out of love for music, not for fame. Ranbir, impressed, says she will surely become famous one day. Meghla gently replies that becoming famous isn’t her dream—she simply wants to sing well every day. Ranbir is amazed by her perspective, admiring her mature mindset at such a young age.
Elsewhere, Meher wakes up and tells Param she dreamt Ranbir called her. Param laughs, and Meher insists he call Ranbir to check in. Though he tries to reassure her, Meher is clearly worried. Param eventually agrees to call and finds there’s a network issue.
Meher becomes more anxious, saying Ranbir knows she gets tense easily and should have called. Param reflects on how mothers worry like that, even adding that if his own mother were alive, she would’ve cared for him similarly. Meher, touched, says she worries for him too. Param thanks her, acknowledging that she’s always treated him like her own son.
When she asks if he’s spoken to his father, Param admits he hasn’t. Though his stepmother is caring, he still feels like a guest in that house. Meher comforts him, reminding him that he’s loved here. She leaves to try calling Ranbir again, and Param watches her go, smiling softly.
Back on the hillside, Meghla jokingly asks who told Ranbir she was young. Ranbir laughs and assumes she’s still studying. She tells him she completed her BA last year but didn’t pursue further studies. Instead, she shares that her sister Adrija is the academic star—always a topper, with a great memory and a bright future.
When Ranbir offers her water, she declines. He smiles at how much she spoke in one breath and notes her deep affection for her sister. Meghla agrees and says she should head back now as it’s getting late and her mother will be worried.
Ranbir offers to drop her off, mentioning they’re both staying at the same resort and his bike is parked nearby. Meghla refuses, saying she’ll walk. Ranbir gently insists, assuring her he understands her hesitation and isn’t like other guys. Meghla responds that she never implied that, and agrees to go with him. As they walk, Ranbir teasingly asks if she thinks he’s a decent guy. They both smile, the warmth between them growing.
