Saras and Kumud update Sunday 1 June 2025

The episode begins with Kumud sharing her concerns about Kabir and Ghuman with Saras. Saras reassures her, saying he trusts Kabir and sees no reason to doubt him. However, Saras grows irritated and stops listening, revealing that this is all in Kumud’s imagination. When Saras asks what’s wrong, Kumud brushes it off, saying she was just thinking about Kaka. She leaves to freshen up and returns to find Saras working late into the night. Concerned, she urges him to rest, but he insists he has a lot to do—especially since this work concerns Danny, and he doesn’t want to disturb him on such an important night. Kumud brings him some coffee and helps with the work, eventually allowing Saras to take a short nap. Watching him, she smiles warmly.

He wakes up to find Kumud still working and remarks that he must have slept for an hour. She replies that she finished the task. Saras recalls Badimaa’s encouraging words and thanks Kumud for always supporting him. The next morning, Saras wakes in a panic when he notices the time, realizing he has pending work. But then he sees everything Kumud has already prepared and feels proud of his efficient wife. Smiling happily, he takes out a pen gifted by Laxminandan—the same pen he used to sign his first deal—and decides to give it to Danny to sign his first contract with it.

Meanwhile, Danny struggles with guilt over hiding things from Saras. Ghuman encourages him to work hard and wishes him luck, reminding him of Laxminandan’s legacy.

Danny meets Saras, who compliments his appearance and asks about Kumud. Danny guesses she might have gone with Kusum. Saras updates Danny on the presentation and the upcoming investor meeting, but Danny reveals he can’t attend due to another commitment. Saras is shocked and reminds Danny that it’s their father’s project and that he is the project head. Danny apologizes, saying he has important work to do. Saras, though angry, recalls Kumud’s earlier words and decides to accept it for now. Danny thanks him and leaves, feeling guilty.

Danny confides in Kabir about his guilt and the difficulty of hiding things from Saras. Meanwhile, Saras grows suspicious that Danny is keeping secrets. Saras arrives at the Desai house, but no one is home. Kalika tells him everyone has gone to visit their father and that Kumud hasn’t come back. Saras offers to stay for tea but declines and tries calling Kumud. He hears a phone ringing and suspects it’s Kabir’s, but when Kabir arrives and takes the phone, Saras explains that he came to check on Kumud and apologizes for intruding.

Kabir offers to accompany Saras to look for Kumud, but Saras says he will wait outside. Kabir smiles, thinking about a promise he needs to fulfill after Ghuman arrives. Meanwhile, Kumud is asking around for Kabir at a hotel.

Danny attends a meeting where the client praises him and expresses happiness to work together. Danny reviews the product samples and is pleased. After the meeting, Danny feels proud, believing Saras will be proud of his accomplishment in handling such a big assignment alone.

Back at the hotel, Kumud enters Kabir’s room, looks around, and finds paint supplies hidden under the bed. She studies them curiously.
