Anupama update Wednesday 11 June 2025

The episode opens with Rahi desperately knocking on Mahi’s door, pleading with her to open it. She assures Mahi that she’ll make everything right and asks Prem to leave. After hesitating, Prem walks away. As he goes, Anupama stops him, reminding him that she had asked to speak with him after the party, before they returned home. She questions him about what’s going on. Prem tells her that before she asks anything, he wants to confess something important something she doesn’t yet know.

Meanwhile, Mahi is lost in memories of Prem calling her his girlfriend and his recent love confession. Rahi, worried about what to tell the family, regrets encouraging Mahi when she knew she had turned Prem down. Suddenly, Mahi opens the door and bolts out of the room. Rahi watches, stunned.

Prem begins to open up to Anupama, saying there’s something she needs to know about him. Just then, they hear Rahi shouting Mahi’s name. Everyone rushes toward the commotion and finds that Mahi has jumped into the swimming pool. Rahi doesn’t hesitate she jumps in after her to save her. Anupama panics, yelling that Mahi can’t swim and urges Rahi to help her. But Mahi resists, pushing Rahi away, clearly not wanting to be rescued.

Despite Mahi’s resistance, Rahi manages to pull her out of the pool. As she regains consciousness, Mahi cries out, asking Anupama why they saved her when she wanted to die. She says she can’t live without Prem and pleads to be left alone. The family is shocked by her emotional confession of love.

Later, at Krishnakunj, Ishu tells Pakhi that they made a mistake by pushing Mahi toward Prem. Baa criticizes Mahi for scaring them all, while Toshu says that had something happened to her, they’d be entangled in legal issues. Pakhi adds that if Kavya finds out, she might even file a case against them.

Baa questions how she didn’t realize something was going on between Prem and Mahi. Ansh shares that he never liked Prem from the beginning. Ishu tries to defend Prem, saying it might not be his fault. Pari points out that the situation is delicate. Dolly suspects Prem might have led Mahi on. Toshu calls Mahi foolish for falling for someone they know nothing about not even his last name. Ansh declares he won’t let Prem go unpunished and believes Prem is responsible for Mahi’s breakdown.

Back at home, Anupama gently tends to Mahi while Rahi watches from a distance. Mahi wakes and asks, “Why doesn’t Prem love me?” Anupama assures her that everything will be okay. But Mahi insists she wants to die. Anupama, holding back tears, scolds her. She says, “Have you ever thought about the pain you’d cause if something happened to you? Love isn’t everything. What about those who truly love you, your family, your mother?”

She opens up about her own grief, revealing that her husband Anuj is no longer with her. She says life isn’t only about happiness it’s a mix of joy and sorrow. “When we live with a smile despite the pain, that’s what makes it life. We must keep moving forward.”

Meanwhile, Ansh reveals that Prem isn’t answering his phone and that his jeep is missing—he suspects Prem has fled. He threatens to report it to the police, but Pari suggests letting Anupama handle things. She silently wonders how Mahi got involved when it was Rahi that Prem truly loves.

Anupama tries again to help Mahi see reason. She tells her that love can’t be forced and that Prem has the right to choose whom he loves. Mahi insists Prem does love her and must’ve only spoken harshly out of anger. Anupama tells her she’s mistaking friendship for love. Mahi then turns to Rahi and begs her to confirm that Prem loves her. Anupama explains that sometimes our hearts hear what they want, not what’s real.

Elsewhere, Prem sits alone in his jeep, crying and confused. He wonders what he should do. Back at home, Mahi spirals deeper into despair. She laments that she’s never been truly loved, that no one sees her as family, and that everyone sees her as a burden. Anupama hugs her and says, “I love you. I wanted you and Prem to have a future together. I imagined you calling me Maa and us living as one family. But now it’s all shattered.” In her anguish, Mahi destroys the room and breaks down in tears.

As Prem prepares to drive away, Rahi suddenly appears, standing in front of his jeep. Prem gets out, alarmed. “Do both sisters want to die?” he asks. Rahi pleads with him not to leave, saying that if anything happens to Mahi, their mother will not survive the shock. Prem looks torn.

Rahi continues, saying she will also die if something happens to Mahi. Prem tells her to stop saying such things. Rahi reminds him that Mahi attempted suicide. She admits he doesn’t love Mahi, but argues that in India, love often comes after marriage. She says, “Even if you don’t love her now, maybe one day you will. If love grows, great. If not, it’s still okay.”

But Prem stands firm. “I’m old-school,” he says. “I believe in one woman, one love. I don’t think of love in terms of benefit or loss. If I marry Mahi while loving someone else—you—it’ll be emotional betrayal. We’ll never be happy, and she’ll be devastated when she finds out the truth.”

Rahi urges him again, but Prem refuses. “I understand you want me to sacrifice my love for Mahi’s sake,” he says. “But I’m sorry—I just can’t.”
