Rajat arrives at a temple and notices a devotee ascending the steps on his knees. Curious, he asks another worshipper about the ritual. The devotee explains that offering such devotion can lead to one’s wishes being granted by the divine. Motivated by this hope, Rajat begins climbing the temple steps on his knees, fervently praying for Savi’s recovery. Despite the pain and his knees bleeding, memories of Savi’s unwavering support for him drive him onward. Once he reaches the sanctum, he offers his prayers with deep emotion and takes a sacred thread as a blessing for Savi.

Back at the hospital, Rajat approaches a nurse and requests that the sacred thread be tied to Savi’s wrist. The nurse notices the injuries on his knees and urges him to receive first aid, but Rajat refuses, saying Savi’s well-being matters more than his pain. Reluctantly, she complies and ties the thread to Savi’s wrist. Moments later, she notices a sudden fluctuation in Savi’s vitals and immediately alerts the doctor.

The doctor rushes in as Savi’s condition deteriorates rapidly, preparing the defibrillator in an emergency response. Watching helplessly, Rajat begins to believe his prayers were in vain. But just then, Savi’s vitals stabilize. The doctor expresses amazement, calling it a miracle, and confirms that Savi is now stable, though she will need to remain under observation for some time. The entire family breathes a collective sigh of relief.

Sai arrives at the hospital and refuses to leave Savi’s side. She sees the wounds on Rajat’s knees and, putting the pieces together, asks if he went to the temple and tied the thread for Savi. When Rajat admits he did, Sai points out his injuries, and the family reacts with concern. Bhagyashree gently escorts Sai to Savi’s room, while the nurse once again pleads with Rajat to allow treatment for his wounds.

Tara also urges Rajat to take care of himself, saying she can’t bear to see him in such pain. But Rajat dismisses her concern, saying the hurt he caused Savi is far greater, and any pain he feels now is nothing in comparison. Shantanu watches Rajat quietly, taking note of his deep remorse and subtle transformation.

Later, the doctor informs everyone that Savi has regained consciousness, and they can visit her. The family gathers joyfully in her room. Isha, holding back tears, lightly scolds Savi for not taking care of herself. Sai stays close to her mother and eventually falls asleep next to her, refusing to leave her side.

Meanwhile, Mrunmayi gives a stack of medical files to Shantanu, explaining she couldn’t locate Savi’s specific record. Shantanu hands them to Rajat and asks for his help sorting through them. While scanning the documents, Rajat comes across a shocking detail: Savi had once sustained a gunshot wound. Stunned, he turns to Shantanu for an explanation.

Shantanu reveals the painful truth about Savi’s past—how she had lost her beloved, Ishaan, and the emotional turmoil she had endured ever since. He reflects sadly that love seems to always bring tragedy in Savi’s life. Overcome with guilt, Rajat is left shattered, regretting his ignorance and his harsh actions. He laments that Savi never shared her dream of becoming an IAS officer with him, realizing how little he truly knew about the woman he claimed to love.
