Anupama update Thursday 19 June 2025

The episode opens with Mahi confronting Rahi, warning her to stay away from Prem and declaring, “He belongs to me.” Kinjal mocks Mahi, questioning her self-respect, especially since she stayed with Toshu Bhai for so long. Toshu interrupts, calling Mahi’s words nonsense and accusing Prem of cheating on her. Mahi insists that everything will be fine once they’re married. Baa asks if she’s truly determined to marry him, while Toshu warns her it would only bring disaster. Mahi defiantly retorts, asking why she should care what he thinks. Anupama steps in, urging them to stop the quarrel, then asks Rahi if Prem’s claims are true and if she loves him. Mahi challenges why Anupama asks Rahi, insisting Prem is hers regardless. She accuses Anupama of jealousy disguised as love and demands answers. Anupama insists Rahi respond.

Mahi sarcastically claps, accusing Anupama of caring only for Rahi, not her. She laments that if her real mother were alive, she would have asked about her well-being. Instead, Anupama never became her mother but treated her as a daughter only when Rahi left. Mahi accuses Anupama of neglecting her when she needed motherly support the most and says she tried hard to protect her but failed. She claims Rahi caused Anupama great pain, which made her forget everything else. Mahi confesses she loved Anupama more than her own mother ever did, but never received motherly love in return. In frustration, she throws objects around and hurls a flower plate toward Anupama, which Rahi catches just in time. Mahi sarcastically praises Rahi’s rising status while she herself becomes “the villain.” She challenges Anupama to celebrate Rahi’s happiness by marrying her off to Prem, saying if she dies, everyone will finally be happy and free of her burden. Prem apologizes for revealing the truth and accepts whatever decision is made.

Mahi insists Prem still wants to marry her. Rahi asks Anupama to decide and promises they won’t question her. Babu ji remarks that Anupama often struggles but must take the tough decision and endure criticism. Anupama says she needs time to think but warns they must all accept her choice. Alone, she reflects on how much has happened without her knowing and worries about her two daughters who both love Prem.

As Rahi walks away, Prem saves her from harm. She questions why he saved her when she wishes to die. Prem admits her attitude hurts him. Rahi worries about how she’ll face Anupama and fears what Mahi might do. Meanwhile, Mahi angrily strikes a photo, lamenting that happiness is not meant for her. Ansh and Pari try to calm her down. Pakhi arrives, noticing Mahi’s state and asks the others to leave.

Rahi tells Prem that if Mahi harms herself, they will never forgive themselves. She urges him to talk to Mahi. Prem agrees and comforts her, saying Kanha ji will support them and warns her not to insult their love with guilt. Pakhi manipulates Mahi against Anupama and Rahi, encouraging her to emotionally blackmail Anupama into agreeing to the marriage by threatening suicide. She advises Mahi to abandon the role of a villain and become a helpless girl instead, knowing Anupama’s soft spot for such pleas. Pakhi praises Mahi as the best match for Prem, reminding her they are engaged and that she must claim Prem’s hand.

Anupama, looking at a photo of Anuj, feels lonely and conflicted. She contemplates whose heart to break and whose to comfort, torn between her daughters and Prem. Rahi arrives and calls out to Mahi.

Mahi, holding a happy picture of herself, claims she deserves happiness too, recalling Prem’s words. Prem appears. Rahi apologizes to Mahi, unsure how to ask for forgiveness and says she will respect Mahi’s decision even if forgiveness is denied. She tells Mahi to marry Prem, affirming Prem’s goodness and selflessness. Anupama asks why Rahi no longer wants Prem, but Rahi reveals it’s difficult to sacrifice love and she can’t bear seeing Prem and Anupama sacrifice theirs. She asks Anupama to let Mahi marry Prem.

Prem apologizes to Mahi for hurting her, swearing that once he put the ring on her finger, he tried to forget his past love. Mahi insists she still wants to marry him and promises to be a good partner. Rahi comments that they have no good life partners in their lives. She asks Mahi to declare her decision to marry Prem. Mahi agrees not to fight Rahi and asks Prem to choose her, warning him not to shatter her dreams. She declares Rahi and Prem are incompatible. Prem agrees to accept whatever Anupama decides. Mahi confidently tells him to prepare for their wedding, confident the decision will favor her.
