Jhanak update Thursday 26 June 2025

The episode begins with Shrishti and Vinayak worried about Arshi. Arshi reflects on Brij, feeling guilty and wondering if she is being punished for what happened to him, even though she did everything for her daughter. Vinayak confronts Arshi, asking how she could act this way.

Arshi responds that she doesn’t want to marry anyone against her will; Anirudh does not want to marry her willingly because he loves Jhanak. Vinayak reminds her that she once wanted to leave everyone behind. Shrishti is surprised, and Arshi explains that she never intended to die but feels abandoned now as no one asks about her feelings.

Vinayak tells Arshi she should not marry if she truly doesn’t want to. Shrishti insists Arshi must marry Anirudh since he wronged her. Arshi refuses, saying no. Vinayak reiterates that she should only marry if she wants to. Arshi declares she wants Anirudh to be punished.

When Vinayak asks if she intends to marry him for revenge, Arshi confirms, vowing not to let him go and to make him feel her hatred. She says she will marry him and end everything this time, making Anirudh see what it means to run away. Vinayak looks worried.

Jhanak watches as Anirudh and Arshi sit together at the mandap. Aditya approaches Jhanak, and she tells him she wants to remember this marriage; they will talk afterward. Shrishti and others are happy seeing Arshi and Anirudh together. Tanuja comments that Arshi truly loves Anirudh. Vinayak says he can’t promise things will stay peaceful, but today was important for the baby.

The family begins to talk about Jhanak. Tanuja insists Jhanak must leave the house after the marriage. Dadi supports Arshi, telling her never to think about leaving the house, saying the truth has come out with Arshi’s pregnancy announcement. She asks Dadu for his opinion, but he tells her to stay quiet and watch the marriage. He adds Arshi has tolerated a lot and that Anirudh has finally come to his senses. Jhanak sees Anirudh, while Appu feels happy for her. When Appu tries to say something against Arshi, Jhanak stops her and warns her not to speak like that again.

Jhanak calms Appu down. Bablu says Jhanak will become famous and successful someday. Anjana feels sympathy for Jhanak. Bablu expresses disbelief that Anirudh wants to maintain relationships with both Arshi and Jhanak, but acknowledges Anirudh has accepted that he fathered Arshi’s child. Anjana wonders how this happened, and Bablu says something is wrong a secret that will remain hidden.

Jhanak insists she just wants the marriage to be completed and refuses to leave with Mrinalini. She wants to stay and witness the wedding, saying she deserved this betrayal and only wanted everyone to be happy. She questions why the truth was hidden from her but accepts there’s no point in arguing now since Anirudh is ill. Mrinalini says Choton mentioned that Anirudh didn’t tell anyone about his illness. Jhanak says it’s okay; he will tell everyone eventually.

Anirudh and Arshi exchange garlands and take their wedding rounds. Aditya pulls Jhanak aside and reveals that Anirudh is not really sick; it was all an act to manipulate her. Jhanak is shocked. The Pandit announces that the marriage rituals are complete. Jhanak confronts Anirudh, accusing him of lying. She says he deceived her by claiming to be ill to make her agree to marry him and demands the truth, stating she deserves to know. She scolds him. Meanwhile, Shubhankar, Lalon, and Dadi scold Jhanak, telling her to leave. Jhanak refuses and insists on talking to Anirudh.

Arshi warns Jhanak to back off, declaring Anirudh is now her husband and she can’t interfere. Vinayak questions the shouting. Jhanak demands answers from Anirudh. Aditya hints that there is a bigger reason behind everything. Anirudh admits he lied just to marry Jhanak. Arshi scolds him. Bipasha tells Anirudh not to respond to Jhanak. Jhanak angrily says she hates him. Anirudh calmly says he knows and promises to give her many more reasons to hate him. He then asks Aditya to keep his promise and stay silent.
