The episode begins with Anupama asking Rahi to cover her head as a sign of respect during the aarti. Rahi obeys and sings a devotional bhajan while performing the aarti. Prem joins her, and together they complete the ritual. The rest of the family also joins in singing the bhajan. Afterward, Prem invites Anupama to participate in the aarti, and she performs it alongside Rahi. As they chant “Shrinath ji ki Jai,” everyone echoes in unison.

Prem affectionately refers to Anupama as a goddess and asks her to spread incense (dhoop) throughout the house to bring positivity. Parag intervenes, stating that only family members perform that ritual. Anupama agrees and praises Parag for allowing them to be part of the puja. She says that as the head of the house, he should carry out the dhoop ceremony. Prem then takes the incense and performs the ritual himself, pleasing Moti Baa.

Meanwhile, Kinjal notices an exquisite necklace. Mita explains that it is an award-winning designer piece, and Gautam adds that the diamonds are extremely rare and valuable. When Toshu inquires about the cost, Gautam reveals it’s worth ₹10 crores. Baa is stunned, while Pakhi excitedly asks if they can see it. Parag warns them not to touch the display case, as it’s secured with lasers and alarms.

Pakhi urges Ishani to pursue Raja, mistaking Gautam for him, until Mita refers to Gautam as her husband. They soon spot the real Raja, and Ishani firmly refuses to entertain Pakhi’s matchmaking schemes. Meanwhile, Rahi pulls Prem aside and tells him he looked so adorable while doing the aarti that she felt like kissing him. Prem blushes. She walks away, and Prem quietly prays to Shrinath ji, apologizing for not visiting earlier and feeling like perhaps he was meant to be there today.

Anupama notices the children are missing and is told they’re exploring the house with Raja. Moti Baa says they will eat only after offering Prasad. Just then, a servant announces the arrival of Nirmala Ji. Moti Baa refuses to meet her, explaining she disagrees with Nirmala’s pro-divorce stance. She laments that modern generations treat divorce casually. Parag adds that people even separate after years of marriage. Toshu, unable to keep quiet, points out that even Anupama is divorced. Baa tries to silence him, but the comment has already landed. Prem stands to react, but Anil gestures for him to stay calm.

Khyati then calls everyone for lunch. Anupama apologizes to Moti Baa and Parag for Toshu’s bluntness. They brush it off and invite her to join them at the table. Prem unknowingly sits in Parag’s designated chair. Moti Baa gently asks him to move, and Gautam admits he’s never dared sit there either. Prem sarcastically asks if the chair delivers electric shocks. Babu ji calls Prem to sit near him.

Anupama asks Moti Baa to sit too, but Moti Baa explains that in their tradition, women eat after the men. Anupama says in her household, elders eat first. Moti Baa smiles and insists Anupama follow their custom today. Khyati and Mita bring out the food, and Moti Baa proudly serves it. Parag points out that their dairy products are farm-fresh and chemical-free. Toshu and Pakhi light up at the sight of the desserts. Anupama compliments the food, learning Moti Baa cooked everything herself after waking at 3:30 a.m. Moti Baa shares that she usually allows Khyati and Mita to cook, but prefers doing it alone for special occasions. She emphasizes that she believes a woman should manage the home, to which Rahi counters that women should also be independent.

Moti Baa reveals that Khyati once worked but gave up her job after marriage. Once the meal ends, Moti Baa distributes handbags filled with mouth fresheners and a surprise gift. When Anupama picks one up, she feels its weight and discovers a gold coin inside. Shocked, she politely refuses the gift, as does Prem. Moti Baa insists, saying they never declined gifts when offered to their friends. Parag encourages Babu ji to accept the coin as a mark of respect, and Anupama reluctantly accepts.

Moti Baa then turns to Rahi and expresses how much she admires her, praising her for performing the aarti so gracefully. She asks Mita to bring a tray she had kept aside and places a bridal dupatta over Rahi’s head. She adorns Rahi with jewelry and gifts as shagun, officially declaring that they accept Rahi as Prem’s bride. “You should become Rahi Prem Kothari and come live here,” she says warmly.

However, the moment turns tense as Rahi stands up, and the dupatta slips off her head. She solemnly apologizes and says, “I’m sorry, Moti Baa, but I can’t get married right now.” Everyone is left stunned.
