Saras and Kumud update Friday 11 July 2025

The episode begins with Saras clutching a picture of his mother, speaking softly to her. He tells her that his younger brother is alive and he can feel her pain. He wonders what she must have felt upon hearing that her baby was stillborn, but he assures her it was never true. Saras promises he won’t let anything happen to his brother and that he will bring him home safe and sound. Meanwhile, Kabir arrives in the UK, with scenes showing UK roads and buildings. Kabir thinks about Ghuman’s flight, suspecting she is unaware that she’s heading straight into danger.

Back home, Saras prepares his passport and visa, believing Kabir must have landed in London. He tries calling Kabir but can’t get through. Concerned about how to warn him of Ghuman’s sinister plan, Saras receives a nudge from Badimaa to hurry with packing. Kabir tries calling Ghuman, but her number is unreachable. Saras calls Kabir again, and this time the call connects. Kabir answers, but shortly after, he is injected in the neck by some men nearby and collapses, whispering Saras’ name.

Saras hears muffled voices on the other end but then loses connection. Badimaa reassures him that nothing will happen and urges him to bring Kabir back safely. Danny overhears their conversation and asks where they’re headed. Badimaa explains that Saras is going to the city on some work and taking Kumud along to keep her spirits up. Danny senses something is amiss but decides not to press further.

Meanwhile, Kabir is taken to a hotel room and left there tied up. Saras and Kumud set off for London, with Badimaa reminding them to keep in touch. They exchange blessings and good wishes with the family, including Vidyachatur, who urges Saras to return quickly with his brother. Upon arriving in London, they receive news from Kalika that Kabir has been taken, prompting Ghuman to mock Saras and Kumud’s risky mission, calling them foolish for trying to save someone they barely know.

As the search continues, Saras and Kumud hire an Indian driver and explain they are looking for a relative. Kabir, meanwhile, is awake but bound and gagged. The kidnappers bring a laptop and connect a live video call with Ghuman, who taunts Kabir. She reveals she knows everything—that she tried to kill him at birth and that he had once dreamed of killing her on his birthday. Ghuman declares that Kabir will die on his birthday. She warns that although her sister saved Kabir before, this time, no one can help them. She threatens to kill Saras and Kumud as well when they come to rescue him. After delivering her chilling message, she ends the call and leaves.

Back home, Danny notices Badimaa’s worry and wonders why everyone seems tense. Badimaa thinks it’s better he remain unaware for now but acknowledges that someday he will need to face the truth and find the strength to handle it. She silently hopes Saras and Kumud succeed in rescuing Kabir soon.

As Saras and Kumud continue their search, a man begins following them. Saras shows Kabir’s photo to a shopkeeper where Kabir last bought a drink, but the man says Kabir left some time ago. Saras hears a suspicious noise and tells Kumud that it matches a sound he heard over the phone. They ask around about Kabir’s whereabouts, but Kumud alerts Saras that the follower is still nearby. Saras tells her to stay calm.

When the man confronts them directly, Saras demands to know why he is following them. The man hands Saras a card and walks away. Saras wonders about the meaning behind the card and what could be happening next.
