Anupama: The episode begins with a shocking moment as Megha stabs Anupama in the stomach, leaving everyone horrified. Aadhya screams for her mother, while Anuj rushes to her side, desperately trying to keep her conscious. As Anupama smiles at Anuj and Aadhya, she closes her eyes. Viren intervenes, restraining Megha as she rants about losing Priya to Anupama.

Anuj frantically calls for an ambulance, but when informed it will take time, he decides to take Anupama to the hospital himself. Carrying her in his arms, he vows not to let anything happen to her. Meanwhile, Megha, still trapped in her delusions, pleads with Viren to bring Aadhya back, believing Anupama has taken her away. Viren finally snaps, declaring Megha not a mother but a criminal. He reminds her that a true mother wouldn’t try to kill her child and points out that Anupama risked her life to save Aadhya. He warns Megha that if anything happens to Anupama, she will lose not just Aadhya but also him.

In the car, Aadhya tearfully begs Anupama to stay awake, confessing that she wants to love her more than she ever hated her. Anuj, too, pleads with Anupama, checking her breathing anxiously. Toshu, driving as fast as he can, reassures them that they will reach the hospital soon. Meanwhile, Baa and Babu Ji follow in an auto-rickshaw, with Baa cursing Megha for her cruel act. At the ashram, Bala prays for Anupama’s safety, but Babu Ji, overwhelmed with grief, questions his faith in Kanha Ji, vowing to never pray again if Anupama doesn’t survive.

Upon reaching the hospital, doctors declare Anupama’s case critical and rush her into surgery, calling it a police matter. As Anupama fights for her life, Anuj fears the worst. In a nightmare, he imagines the doctor announcing that she is in a coma and beyond saving, causing Aadhya to scream in denial. Jolted back to reality, Anuj desperately prays for Anupama’s survival.

Meanwhile, at home, the Shah family anxiously awaits updates. Meenu calls Sagar for news, but he can only express his fear. Baa, unable to sit still, begins pouring milk over Kanha Ji’s idol, vowing to continue until Anupama recovers. Elsewhere, Pakhi, overwhelmed with emotion, lashes out at Meenu for unknowingly bringing danger into their lives but quickly apologizes, admitting she is terrified for her mother.

Back at the hospital, Aadhya suffers a panic attack, crying for Anupama. The doctor administers an injection to calm her. Meanwhile, Baa, Kinjal, and Meenu come together in prayer, believing in the power of love and faith.

As the surgery continues, the doctor informs Anuj that Anupama’s condition is deteriorating, and they need a specialized team to operate, but the survival rate is only 1%. Aadhya breaks down, recalling how she once mistreated Anupama. As the moment grows more critical, the doctors ask Anuj to sign a consent form. Despite the grim odds, Anuj declares his faith in Anupama’s strength, believing she will turn the 1% chance into 100%.

Suddenly, a nurse rushes out, announcing that Anupama is sinking. Anuj, Toshu, and Sagar panic as they see the medical team struggling to revive her. Anuj refuses to accept defeat, begging Anupama to fight for her life, as everyone around joins in prayers.

Finally, the specialist doctor arrives and enters the OT. After a tense wait, the doctor emerges with an update—Anupama is still breathing, but her condition is critical. They only have 15 minutes to save her, and only a miracle can turn things around.

Aadhya, devastated, clings to Babu Ji, fearing life without her mother. Anuj, overwhelmed, walks away, leaving Aadhya confused. Toshu comforts her as she cries. Babu Ji, barely able to stand, declares he won’t survive if Anupama doesn’t make it. Titu tries to reassure him, urging him to stay strong for Anupama’s sake.

The episode ends on a heartbreaking note, leaving everyone praying for a miracle to save Anupama’s life.
