anupama

Anupama: The episode begins with Anupama urging Babu ji to reconsider, mentioning that she just spoke with Baa. Indra questions why they should stay apart if they can be together, while Bala emphasizes the value of true love. Sagar notes that just as Anuj and Anupama reunited on Janmashtami, Baa and Babu ji should too. Anupama, placing a diya before God, expresses gratitude for having Anuj and Aadhya and prays for Baa and Babu ji’s reconciliation. She performs aarti with Anuj and Aadhya. Meanwhile, Kinjal tries to explain to Baa, with Titu, Toshu, Meenu, and others also attempting to convince her, but she walks away.

Pakhi suggests that while Baa can meet Babu ji, Meenu and Titu should not visit Asha Bhavan. Anupama then expresses her intent to meet Megha, but Aadhya panics and pleads with her not to go. Anupama insists she must. Anuj reassures Aadhya, stating they will go together as her parents. Meanwhile, Ansh asks Toshu about Dadu’s return, complaining that Pari, Mahi, and Ishu are troubling him. Baa, too, questions Vanraj’s whereabouts. Toshu reassures her, saying Vanraj could return anytime—just as Vanraj Shah makes his comeback.

Suddenly, two men with guards arrive, demanding to know Vanraj Shah’s location. When Toshu refuses to answer, they pull a gun on Vanraj, accusing him of taking money for a project and disappearing. They reveal he has scammed many and fled. Shocked, the family tries to reason with them, but the men warn that if Vanraj doesn’t return their money, they will resort to violence. Baa, unfazed, claims Vanraj is a tiger who will handle them. Kinjal attempts to calm her. The men reveal Vanraj’s fraud amounts to crores. Pakhi and Toshu recall Vanraj’s past statements about his money and choices. Toshu bitterly remarks that his father is indeed a master of fraud.

Meanwhile, Anuj and Anupama visit Viren and Megha’s house. Viren, seeing them, pleads not to involve the police. Anuj assures him that if they intended to, Megha would already be in jail. Anupama explains that one mother has come to meet another. Viren shares Megha’s guilt over Priya’s disappearance, revealing that after finding Aadhya in a childcare center, Megha, convinced she was Priya due to their resemblance, brought her home. Though she initially found happiness, her possessiveness grew, turning their home into a cage for Aadhya. He insists Megha never physically harmed her.

Anupama acknowledges Megha’s love but points out that it became obsession. She assures they understand but insists on confronting the truth. Baa, meanwhile, urges someone to call Vanraj. Titu reports that his phone is unreachable. Dimpy worries for Baa’s health, urging her to stay calm. Toshu repeatedly tries to contact Vanraj.

Back at Megha’s house, Anupama finds Megha in Priya’s room, urging her to face reality. Megha blames Anupama for taking her Priya away and darkening her life. Viren wants to intervene, fearing Megha might harm herself, but Anuj stops him. Megha, sobbing, pleads for Priya’s return. Anupama firmly states that Aadhya is not Priya—she is her daughter. Megha refuses to accept it, repeatedly insisting Aadhya is Priya. In response, Anupama raises her voice, demanding Megha see the truth: Priya is missing, but Aadhya is not her. Overwhelmed, Anupama clutches her stomach in pain.

Aadhya, anxious, worries Megha might harm Anupama. Megha, desperate, hugs Anupama, still pleading for Priya. Anupama gently but firmly questions how she could claim another’s child as her own. Megha, heartbroken, says destiny took Priya from her. Anupama proposes searching for Priya together. Megha, however, insists that Anupama could never understand the pain of losing a child.

Anupama reveals her own grief—losing her son, Samar. She refuses to force someone to be what they are not, stating that children are not possessions. She questions why Megha never searched for Priya but instead clung to a replacement. As Megha processes this painful truth, Anupama urges her to swear on Priya’s photo and admit whether Aadhya was ever truly happy with her. Megha, remembering Aadhya’s unhappiness, shakes her head. Anupama explains that this was not love, but selfishness, and accuses Megha of turning from a mother into a criminal.

Rather than resorting to legal action, Anupama appeals to Megha’s conscience, asking why she stopped searching for her real daughter. She insists that true love would never accept a substitute. Determined to make Megha see reason, Anupama prepares for a difficult conversation—one that might finally set things right.
