Jhanak update Saturday 8 March 2025

Jhanak: The episode begins with Anjana applying haldi to Appu, expressing her belief that Lalon will love her dearly. Bablu assures that he will work hard for Appu’s future, while Shubh secretly shares his plan with Shrishti. Bablu worries if love alone will be enough for Appu’s happiness, but Anjana reassures him that she will find a beautiful life with Lalon. Shrishti regrets getting Arshi married into the family, while Tanuja prioritizes their family’s reputation. Dadi and others continue the haldi ceremony, and Bipasha encourages Appu to sing.

Meanwhile, Arshi refuses to let Mimi apply haldi to her, complaining about feeling uncomfortable. Appu playfully tells her to move to London if she has so many issues. Shubh, on the other hand, plots to eliminate Lalon, considering him a major obstacle.

Lalon’s sister, Chimli, arrives with his friends, but Tanuja, Shubh, and Shrishti make critical remarks about their appearance. Chimli introduces herself to Appu as her future sister-in-law, promising to take care of her. Appu is delighted and asks Chimli to feed her and take care of her hair. Chimli, in turn, requests Appu to sing, to which she happily agrees.

Jhanak, Anirudh, Choton, and Mrinalini return home. Shrishti questions their whereabouts, suspecting Anirudh went to the locality because of Jhanak. She worries that Arshi will be furious seeing them together. As expected, Arshi confronts Anirudh, leading to an argument before she storms off. Shrishti demands answers from Anirudh, but he dismisses her, stating that he doesn’t owe her an explanation. Shubh tries to cover up, saying Anirudh only went to call Choton, but Shrishti continues to argue.

During the celebrations, Anjana sings Banno Rani and dances with Appu and Jhanak, while Dadi joins in, making the atmosphere joyful. Mimi asks Appu to sing, and she obliges, delighting everyone.

As Anirudh arrives, Appu stops both him and Jhanak. Jhanak asks Appu to let go of her hand, threatening to leave the house if she doesn’t. A brief argument ensues between Jhanak and Anirudh when they accidentally collide. Jhanak feels she is the cause of his anger but refuses to leave before Appu’s wedding. Mrinalini tries to comfort her, expressing her distrust in men, but Jhanak disagrees.

During the wedding rituals, Jhanak encourages Mrinalini to confess her feelings to Choton, but Mrinalini refuses, saying she won’t ask him to marry her. Jhanak, determined, decides to take matters into her own hands, declaring that she never follows orders but does what she believes is right. She smiles mischievously, hinting at her next move.
