Saras and kumud

Saras and Kumud: The episode begins with Kusum apologizing to Danny, who thanks her for valuing his love and hugs her. They share a sweet and romantic conversation before planning to ensure Saras wins the upcoming kite flying competition. Danny suggests they see who wins, but Kusum jokingly insists they’re on the same team. They bicker playfully over which shop to buy kites from, marking their first fight after marriage. Danny happily congratulates his wife.

Saras is struggling to fly his kite as Kumud watches him, teasing him and challenging him to do better. Danny encourages Saras to try again, and despite five kites tearing, Saras remains discouraged. Kusum brings three dozen kites, urging them to keep trying, and Kumud takes the opportunity to show off her own kite flying skills, leaving Saras impressed. Saras, still determined, declares that he will never lose her. A romantic song plays as the two share a heartfelt moment, with everyone laughing at Saras’ attempts.

Dadaji and Vidyachatur watch as Kusum and Kumud laugh together. Meanwhile, Kalika and Yash’s mother converse, with Kalika pointing out that the family seems to be ignoring Yash. Yash wonders why Dadaji doesn’t trust him, but Kalika insists that he’s being sidelined in favor of Saras and Danny. She encourages Yash to request the keys to the upstairs room from Dadaji. Yash leaves, determined to assert his place.

Saras and Kumud continue to fly their kites and look like the perfect couple. Yash approaches Dadaji and asks for the keys to the upstairs room. Dadaji, focused on the kites, dismisses Yash’s request. Kalika watches from a distance, smiling as Yash leaves. Kumud wins the kite challenge against Saras, and Dadaji encourages Yash to relax and enjoy the moment. Yash leaves, frustrated.

Later, in the kitchen, Kumud jokes about how much fun it will be to win against Saras in the challenge. Saras enters, asking for food, and Badimaa encourages him to make Kumud lose. As Saras leaves, Kumud notices some cuts on his hand and tends to him. Saras tries to pass it off as nothing, but Kumud insists on treating the wound. However, she soon realizes that the wound isn’t real. Saras admits that he lied to test her love, to see if she would care for his pain. He tells her that no matter what, their love for each other will never fade.

Kumud, though initially upset, smiles as Saras holds her. She lovingly draws a smiley on his hand as a gesture of good luck for the competition. He reciprocates by wishing her the best of luck, and she leaves the room, smiling. Both Kumud and Saras lay in their beds, thinking about each other and the moments they’ve shared. The scene transitions to both of them feeling the warmth of their love.

The next morning, Dadaji welcomes the sunrise with a prayer. Kusum and Kumud bring flowers to him, and Kusum confidently declares that the Vyas team will win. Kumud teasingly reminds her not to get too ahead of herself, but Kusum stays positive. Kumud jokingly claims that Saras, the “prince,” will surely win and prove himself. The excitement builds as the competition draws near, and both families prepare for the contest with their own hopes of victory.
