My Desire update Thursday 1 May 2025- Season Finale

The episode begins with the police arriving and arresting Pradyuman. Arjun declares that the law will punish him, to which Pradyuman angrily responds, claiming Arjun double-crossed him and threatening revenge. Pradyuman holds up a pendrive, warning that he can still harm Kashvi with it. He tells Arjun to look at the pendrive, showing footage of Karun pulling the lever that led to Mohan’s death. Arjun tries to stop him, but the inspector examines the pendrive and confirms the incident. Kashvi insists that it was an accident and Karun didn’t do it intentionally. However, the inspector maintains that since a death occurred, they must take Karun into custody. Meera, despite her grief over Mohan’s death, agrees not to file any complaint, but the law takes its course.
At the police station, the inspector stresses that, as a civil servant, Kashvi should understand the need to follow the facts, which clearly show that Karun pulled the lever. Kashvi argues that Karun is terrified and shouldn’t be sent to jail. The inspector informs them that juvenile home officials are coming to assess Karun’s case. Karun, fearful, pleads with Kashvi, calling her “Mamma” and begging her to save him. Kashvi hugs him, devastated. Meera reassures him, promising that his parents will protect him.
The juvenile home officials review the footage, and Arjun argues that Karun didn’t act maliciously but was trying to help. The official tells them they must question him and that the judge will give a verdict soon. Karun continues to plead with Kashvi, promising to behave if she saves him. Kashvi reassures him, and Arjun promises they’ll get the best lawyer to help him.
Two days later, Arjun discusses the case with the lawyer, who assures them he will do his best. Karun hugs Kashvi, and she comforts him, promising they will get him out. Arjun says they’ll take Karun home today. However, the lawyer explains that everything depends on the judge’s decision. Kashvi grows anxious when Meera doesn’t answer her calls.
The court hearing begins, and Arjun’s lawyer defends Karun, stating it was an accident and that he didn’t intend to harm anyone. The prosecution counters by presenting evidence of Karun’s mischievous behavior, including his expulsion from school. The school principal testifies, stating Karun had been a troublemaker but had shown improvement. A teacher also speaks about an incident in class involving Karun setting off firecrackers. The judge, after hearing these testimonies, decides that Karun should remain in juvenile custody.
Arjun’s lawyer asks the judge to hear a new witness, and Meera steps forward. She testifies that Karun didn’t cause Mohan’s death by pulling the lever but that it was an accident caused by a short circuit. She explains that she was the wedding planner for her own wedding and had to divert the current to fix the generator, but no one asked Karun why he pulled the lever. Karun admits that he didn’t want Mohan to die and just wanted to restore the light. Meera clears his name, saying that Karun is innocent, and the judge agrees, dismissing the case and freeing Karun.
Kashvi, Arjun, and Karun rejoice, with Karun running to them and hugging them tightly. Meera kisses Karun on the cheek, and Kashvi thanks her for saving him. Meera, however, surprises them by handing Arjun divorce papers, which she has already signed. She declares that she is leaving for Delhi to have her baby and live independently, without relying on anyone. She encourages Kashvi and Arjun to stay together and be happy.
Emotional, Kashvi hugs Meera, who leaves, and the episode fast-forwards six months later. In New Delhi, Meera is seen holding her baby, cutting a cake, and speaking to Mohan’s picture, telling him that she will raise their son to be a good person. Meanwhile, Arjun stays with Kashvi as she goes into labor. With Arjun’s support, Kashvi successfully gives birth to a healthy baby girl, who they name Chahat. Karun eagerly awaits and, when he meets his new sister, exclaims with joy. Arjun and Kashvi, filled with love and emotion, embrace their new daughter.
Kashvi, smiling through tears, explains that Chahat is a symbol of their love and the victory over their struggles. Arjun adds that their love will live on through the coming generations. The family takes a happy picture together, marking a hopeful, beautiful new beginning.
The show ends on a heartwarming note, with Arjun and Kashvi reunited and surrounded by their children.
