The episode begins with Arshi asking Anirudh if he’s feeling unwell, noticing his deteriorating health. Anirudh insists that he’s fine, but Arshi, frustrated with the situation, tells him she’s going to her mother’s house. She has made up her mind to leave, despite not wanting to, and she has packed her bags. Anirudh pleads with her not to go, expressing his loneliness and regret for what he did to her. He admits that he’s sinking into darkness, and the only reason he’s asking her to stay is because he feels abandoned by everyone.

Arshi, still concerned about his health, suggests he take some rest, but she coldly remarks that his desperation is a result of Jhanak’s death. Anirudh tries to explain that he simply visited Nutan’s lookalike to understand more about Jhanak’s resemblance. Arshi accuses him of never truly loving Jhanak and being okay with her lookalike, which deeply offends him. Shrishti reveals her plan, urging Arshi to pretend to be pregnant with Anirudh’s child to ensure that Nutan stays out of his life. Arshi is shocked by the suggestion, but Shrishti insists that this is the only way to secure Anirudh’s commitment. Arshi, unwilling to agree, is manipulated by Shrishti’s urgency to carry out the plan. Meanwhile, Brij and Jhanak are having a conversation about Shrishti.
