Anupama update Tuesday 27 May 2025

The episode opens with all the guests enjoying the Gujarati food and praising its delicious taste. One of the guests asks Anupama’s friend about the caterer, clearly impressed. Rahi happily says that her mother, Anupama, will be glad to hear this.

She heads off to bring the cake, feeling proud. Prem, seeing an opportunity, decides this might be his only chance to speak with her. He makes a floral ring, planning to use it as a gesture of love.

Meanwhile, Mahi approaches Anupama and asks if she’s busy. She offers to massage Anupama’s hand to help with the pain. Anupama hesitates, saying she doesn’t want children doing chores, but Mahi insists.

As she massages her hand, Anupama thanks her and asks how she’s doing, noting that Mahi seemed upset earlier. Mahi recalls Pakhi’s words and confesses that she likes someone. Curious, Anupama asks who it is.

Back at the food area, Rahi notices leftover food and decides to pack it for those in need. She calls Anupama to share the happy news that everyone loved the food.

Anupama sees the call and initially decides to answer later, but Mahi urges her to pick up, thinking it could be important. When she answers, Anupama tells Rahi she looks beautiful. Rahi tells her she’s packing up the leftover food and that everyone, including the groom’s family—who had Gujarati food for the first time loved it.

Anupama is pleased to hear this. Rahi also mentions that they’ve received more catering orders and that she really enjoyed herself. She adds that Anupama’s friend is also lovely. Anupama agrees and says her friend trusted them even after all the past events.

Suddenly, Anupama sees a fire breaking out behind Rahi and urgently tells her to move away. Mahi also shouts in alarm, but Rahi is frozen in fear, haunted by memories of Dimpy’s death. Just then, Prem rushes in and tells her to move. Anupama pleads with him to save her daughter.

Prem carries Rahi to safety, vowing that he won’t let anything happen to her. Anupama breathes a sigh of relief, thankful that Prem was there to protect Rahi. She silently thanks Lord Krishna (Kanha ji). The staff arrives and extinguishes the fire.

Once safe, Prem checks on Rahi. She is in shock, repeating the word “fire.” Prem reassures her that she is now safe and explains that Anupama had told him about her past trauma. Overwhelmed, Rahi hugs him and blames herself. Prem, deeply emotional, tells her that if anything happened to her, he wouldn’t be able to live.

He then confesses his love, saying he doesn’t know how or when it happened, but he has fallen deeply for her. He places the floral ring on her finger, saying it’s not made of diamonds, but love is purer than gold—sparkling and sincere. He tells her he wants to spend his life with her.

Meanwhile, Anupama expresses gratitude, saying Prem is like a blessing from Kanha ji. Mahi then reveals her own secret: she loves Prem and wants to marry him. Anupama is taken aback. Rahi is also stunned by Prem’s heartfelt confession.

Prem apologizes if he startled her and explains that he believes in traditional love. He doesn’t want a casual relationship; he wants a genuine commitment—love like that of Radha and Krishna. Even if she rejects him, his love will remain. He says it’s divine intervention that brought him to Dwarka, to work with Anupama, and to meet her.

He describes his feelings poetically, saying Rahi is like a viral moment in his heart, her words like a podcast he keeps replaying, and that she is even the wallpaper on his phone.

Back with Anupama and Mahi, Anupama asks if Mahi is sure about her feelings for Prem. Mahi says she’s certain—she felt a connection from the start, unlike anything with other boys. Anupama warns her that love is beautiful but fragile, and sometimes what we perceive as love might just be attraction.

Mahi insists her feelings are genuine and refers to how Anuj once had love at first sight with Anupama. She tells Anupama that although Prem hasn’t said anything, his actions make her feel loved. Mahi asks for Anupama’s blessing to marry Prem.

Prem continues to pour his heart out to Rahi, saying she is a combination of fire and calm, softness and strength—like Sita and Gita. He says he has seen many girls, but none like her. He promises to be devoted to her like Lord Ram, a one-woman man.

He expresses his desire to walk the journey of life with her and assures her that his love will heal her pain. He says their pairing will be so beautiful that even Anupama will have to protect them from the evil eye every day.

Anupama tells Mahi that before moving ahead, they need to meet Prem’s family—they don’t even know his surname. Mahi says that if Prem confesses his love for her, she wants Anupama to support the marriage. Anupama promises that if Prem truly loves her, she will personally go to his home dancing to propose the marriage. Mahi is confident and declares she’ll talk to Prem.

However, back with Prem and Rahi, the mood turns. After hearing his passionate confession, Rahi, still battling her emotions and trauma, silently walks away, leaving the floral ring in his hand. Prem is left heartbroken. Mahi, unaware of what transpired, smiles as she thinks about him.

Rahi, meanwhile, is torn and emotionally overwhelmed. The song “Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai” plays in the background, capturing the storm of feelings.

Anupama prays to Kanha ji, sensing that a major storm is approaching.
