Soulmates update Monday 9 June 2025

The episode begins with Sachin and Sayali playfully challenging each other. Akash comments on Sayali’s confidence, to which Sachin responds by saying she’s just pretending. They start playing Lagori. Sayali dodges the ball and quickly runs to place the stones in position. Sachin throws the ball at her and declares that she’s out. Renu laughs, and everyone claps for the effort. Sachin, full of excitement, jumps around happily.

He signals an apology to Sayali, who smiles in return. Sachin suggests they lift the captain up since she’s the true winner, and everyone cheers as they lift Renu. Renu, touched, smiles joyfully. Sayali captures the moment on video, and everyone continues to smile. Renu glances at Sachin, while Aaji remarks that she’s been waiting for this moment for years. Paresh agrees, saying he, too, has always wanted to see this. Renu, overwhelmed with emotion, sheds tears of happiness.

Riya eagerly asks what the next game is. Sachin makes a playful joke, and Aaji steps in to explain the rules. She says they must stand behind a line and roll a tyre to the other side. The person who manages not to let their tyre fall will win. Sayali, excited, mentions that Dilip used to play this game with her when they were kids, and she’s looking forward to it. Paresh confidently states that they’ll win, but Renu counters, saying her team will come out on top this time. Aaji smiles and says they’ll see. Sachin, teasingly, warns Tejas not to let them lose.

The game kicks off, and one by one, Tejas, Riya, and Roshni all lose. Akash also falls short, and Sachin and Sayali rush to the finish line. They both win the game, and Aaji hugs them warmly, while saying that Renu and her sons have lost both games. Tejas, confused, asks why Renu looks sad if they’ve won. Renu quickly reassures him that they’ve won, though Akash admits it’s Sachin and Sayali’s victory. Paresh tells Renu to stop feeling down, but she remains upset.

Sachin and Sayali congratulate Renu, shaking her hand, and Renu, in turn, presses Sayali’s hand in a silent acknowledgment. Aaji lightens the mood, teasing Renu about her serious expression and asking why she doesn’t smile. Renu gives in and smiles, but Paresh wonders why she’s still upset. Aaji explains that the game was meant to be a family event, and Renu doesn’t want anyone else to win. Sachin chimes in, joking that Renu didn’t want them to win. Aaji offers some wisdom, telling everyone that life is full of changes, where bitterness can turn into love, and that respect should take precedence over pride. Sachin nods, saying she’s right.

Riya, now feeling hungry, suggests they go to the fair and grab a bite. Aaji happily agrees, and they all head out to the fair.

Later that night, after returning home, Sachin expresses how much fun the day was. Riya proposes they play a game of truth or dare. Renu, curious, asks what the game is, and Akash explains the rules. Paresh warns Renu that she shouldn’t lie during the game. She confidently claims that she always tells the truth. Roshni, however, looks worried.

The game starts with Riya and Akash. Riya asks Akash if he has ever loved someone else before her. Akash hesitates, then admits that in school, he liked another girl. Riya insists that he say the truth, and Akash admits it. Aaji scolds him for not being truthful from the start.

Tejas then chooses a dare, and Sachin teases him. Akash dares Tejas to do ten push-ups, and Sachin laughs as Tejas hesitates. Roshni encourages Tejas to do it, but Tejas protests, saying he’s just eaten and can’t do it. Reluctantly, he completes two push-ups before collapsing. Sachin jokes about it, but Tejas defends himself, saying it’s because he just ate.

Riya’s turn comes next, and she says she’ll reveal a secret. She starts to talk about her first night but is quickly interrupted by Renu and Paresh, who stop her from saying more. Akash then turns to Roshni and asks her to share a truth. Riya insists on speaking, but Akash tells her to be quiet. Roshni then insists that Riya be allowed to speak, encouraging her to tell her secret.

The pressure builds as Akash asks Roshni when the last time she lied was. Sachin, eager for some entertainment, urges Roshni to answer. Roshni, clearly worried, remains silent.
