Saras and Kumud update Wednesday 18 June 2025

The episode begins with Sunanda confronting Kumud in anger, saying her patience has run out and she’ll soon regret it. Kusum, the dancer, confirms Kumud wore the outfit. Sunanda is delighted and says Kumud will now be famous across Gujarat. She calls a tailor for fitting adjustments and instructs the girls to take Kumud along. However, she replaces Kusum with Kajol to accompany Kumud, warning Kajol to keep a close watch—especially after Kumud’s earlier escape through the window.

Meanwhile, Badimaa returns from the temple. Guniyal starts to reveal Saras’s phone call when Vidyachatur enters, agitated after Danny informs him that Saras has gone missing. Guniyal tries to calm him, guessing Saras might have gone outside Ratnagiri in search of Kumud. Though Saras had asked her not to tell anyone, she finally admits he said he’ll return only with Kumud. Vidyachatur grows more anxious, now worried for both of them.

Elsewhere, Kabir visits Ghuman. Noticing her unusually confident demeanor, he questions her. Ghuman smugly says the timing is perfect—Saras and Kumud are both missing, and no one is left to influence Danny. She hints at her ambitions, leaving Kabir intrigued.

Saras arrives at Chandni Bazaar with Majnu. They plan to split up—Majnu will get a photocopy of Kumud’s picture while Saras looks for her. In a moment of fated closeness, Kumud passes right by Saras. Both sense something, their hearts tugged by an invisible thread, but a passerby blocks the view. The moment passes. Saras gets the photo copy and resumes his search.

Kajol escorts Kumud to the tailor, asking for special attention. Kumud resists, refusing to give measurements, but Kajol threatens to call Sunanda. Kumud then notices a mobile phone near the clothes. She cleverly takes it along when going into the trial room. Inside, she tries calling Saras with joy in her eyes—but there’s no balance. Her face falls.

Back at the house, Vidyachatur tells Danny to try calling Saras again. Just then, Kabir calls saying there’s trouble at the factory. Though Vidyachatur declines to come, Danny agrees to go. Kabir, with a cunning smile, informs Ghuman that Danny is on the way. Ghuman smirks in satisfaction.

In the trial room, Kumud notices light peeking through a hidden exit. Seeing her chance, she pushes a cupboard aside, finds the door, and runs. Kajol grows suspicious and sends Samru to check. He breaks open the door and discovers Kumud has escaped through the hidden passage.

Kumud runs through the market, desperate and determined. At home, Ghuman barges in asking for Danny and Kusum. When Kusum tells her Danny went to the factory, Ghuman starts belittling the family. She cruelly taunts about Kumud’s disappearance, calling her shameless and suggesting Kusum might follow in her footsteps.

Vidyachatur tries to defend Kumud, but Ghuman accuses her of running away again—first with Saras, now possibly with someone else. Just then, Danny and Kabir return. Ghuman throws another accusation, saying Kumud’s behavior reflects her bad character. Everyone is stunned. Badimaa, furious, shuts her down, declaring that Ghuman’s twisted mind can never understand Kumud’s strength and purity.
