Anupama update Friday 27 June 2025

The episode begins with Khyati’s mother-in-law telling Parag that if Anupama leaves now, they will be late in preparing Shrinath ji’s bhog. She emphasizes that their insult isn’t more important than the sacred bhog and instructs Khyati to ask Anupama to complete the bhog and then leave. At that moment, Rahi notices Anupama picking up broken glass pieces and questions her about it.

Gautam confronts Rahi, asking why she was in his bedroom. Nita taunts Rahi, suggesting she was in her “Jamai ji’s” room. Rahi explains that she had asked a boy named Badshah for directions to the washroom, and he kindly guided her there. Gautam mocks her for taking a boy’s help to find a washroom, while Nita jeers at them. Prarthana vouches for Anupama and Rahi, saying they are good people.

Gautam insists they should be checked, suspecting they might have stolen a diamond. Rahi pleads with him not to make such accusations. Anupama insists that if anything is stolen, they should check properly; otherwise, they should not suspect anyone. Nita snidely questions why Anupama refuses to get herself checked first. Rahi retorts by questioning Nita’s obsession with counting spoons.

Anupama calmly declares that although they may not have much money, they possess great self-respect. Parag sternly declares he will never forgive Anupama for hurting his mother. Rahi responds firmly that she will never forget how they accused her mother of theft. Parag orders them to focus on making the bhog since guests are waiting. Rahi escorts Anupama away.

Meanwhile, Toshu tries calling Anupama and confides in Babu ji that he’s worried because Mummy, Rahi, and Janki behen went to the Kothari house without Prem. He feels safer if Prem was with them. Baa reassures him, saying Anupama is wise and knows they won’t receive payment until the work is complete. Neighbors arrive, inquiring about Anupama’s Kothari order.

Toshu lies, claiming Khyati is Anupama’s childhood friend and that they will now handle all Kothari orders. The neighbors apologize if they offended Baa earlier and express their wish for Anupama to cater their functions. Toshu refuses new orders, saying Kothari’s orders are already lined up. Pretending to speak with Anupama, he urges her to accept more work. The neighbors consider themselves lucky and leave.

Anupama and Rahi are visibly upset by the Kothari family’s behavior. Anupama admits she felt happy when Shrinath ji blessed her, but now she feels uneasy. Rahi suggests they should finish the work and leave immediately.

Prarthana hands Gautam a charger, but he aggressively twists her hand and threatens her to stay silent. She cries, wishing she had the courage of Anupama and her daughter, but keeps quiet for the sake of family honor. Ansh speaks to the Kothari manager about a game design he created.

The manager admits he likes the design but is unaware who sold it to them. He promises to arrange a meeting with his boss. The manager calls Gautam, who instructs him to bring the new gamer to their office. Gautam ends the call, and the manager informs Ansh that Gautam Kanwar is Parag’s son-in-law and assures Ansh that he will be contacted soon.

Parag’s family gathers for a kite competition. A boy arrives, and Khyati’s mother-in-law offers him sweets. Khyati gifts gold bangles to Nita, who appreciates them but jokes she prefers heavier ones. Khyati replies she chose them to match her clothes. Nita teases that she might wear heavier sarees to match the bangles. Parag and Anil reminisce about childhood memories. Guests arrive and greet them.

Parag asks if they need anything for their daughter’s wedding. A guest replies that attending the wedding is enough. Parag reminds Anil to ensure their attendance. Khyati’s mother-in-law compares Parag and Anil to Ram and Lakshman. A lady asks if the kite competition will be held again this year and boasts that no one can cut Parag’s kite. Anil suggests someone might challenge him, but Parag dismisses the idea. Khyati’s mother-in-law shouts “Kai Po Che” to start the competition.

Anupama advises Rahi not to get angry, admitting she too was upset but reminds her that they don’t know the family well yet. She insists they should complete the work and leave afterward. Parag asks his mother to hold the kite thread roll. Nita questions Khyati if she feels bad that the honor of holding the thread is given to his mother. Khyati replies that a mother always comes before a wife. Meanwhile, Anupama helps a boy fly his kite.
