Saras and Kumud update Tuesday 24 June 2025

The episode opens with Badimaa confronting Danny, listing all the favors their family has done for him. She angrily reminds him that they have always supported him, yet now he is asking them to leave the house. She accuses him of proving himself to be Ghuman’s son rather than theirs and says that even Saras’s love couldn’t save him he has let them down. Vidyachatur interrupts, saying they have no right to scold Danny.

He tells Ghuman that he will soon produce the real property papers and insists that the house belongs to them and always will. Turning to Danny, Vidyachatur admits that he was hurt when Danny spoke of breaking ties, but had forgiven him however, now he is certain that Danny has truly severed relations. Kusum breaks down in tears, while Danny remains silent and leaves the room.

Ghuman smiles upon seeing Kabir, takes the file, and leaves. Yash’s mother comments that she had warned everyone before that Kumud and Kusum would bring trouble, and now it seems she was right.

Meanwhile, Majnu questions Sunanda, unable to understand how she could doubt Sheikh, who came all the way to meet Kumud and wouldn’t have involved the police. He suspects someone from her side might be responsible. Sunanda suspects Jugnu and apologizes to Sheikh, explaining that it’s too risky to send girls out of the house. She reveals she had instructed Kajal to bring Kumud, but after receiving a call about the police, she stopped Kajal and told her to prepare to meet Sheikh instead. Majnu shares Sheikh’s gratitude for rescuing the girl from the police.

Sunanda instructs Samru to keep a close watch on the doors. Saras wonders if she really doubted him and realizes it will be difficult to rescue Kumud. She then tells Sheikh that Kumud is busy but promises to send her to meet him. Saras leaves, thinking to himself that he will keep an eye on Jugnu.

Back at home, Guniyal laments how Danny could betray them like this. Yash’s mother chides that if they had put everything in Yash’s name, no one would have dared do this. She complains that they trusted their sons-in-law more than her own son. Yash’s mother instructs someone to inform Dada ji that they are coming over. Vidyachatur vows not to surrender the house so easily. Badimaa quietly hopes Saras can help, unsure if he has even found Kumud, worried for their safety.

Danny returns home, locks the door, and reflects on how he has deceived everyone despite all their love and support. He receives a call and bitterly admits that he has cheated those who cared for him — and it’s all because of the person on the other end of the line that he has caused this pain.

Saras calls Danny and tells him that Danny only turned against his family because Saras suggested it. Danny confesses that Kusum is upset but didn’t share her feelings with him, instead clutching her father’s hand as if breaking ties with Danny.

Saras reassures him that when Kusum learns the truth, she will respect Danny even more. Danny hesitates, but Saras insists they have no choice but to retrieve the original papers, and Danny must do it for the family’s sake. Danny agrees and asks Saras where he is. Saras thinks to himself that he will reveal everything once he uncovers Ghuman’s secret, which might be even bigger than the property dispute. Saras tells Danny to take care of everything in the meantime.

Saras inquires about his father’s health. Danny says the doctors are confused and will conduct more tests. Saras promises to message him later. Danny apologizes, and Saras responds, telling him not to cry and to take care. Danny asks Saras to come back soon and forgive him. After ending the call, Kumud is shown crying, thinking of Saras as the song “O Piya” plays.

Sunanda prepares herself as Samru arrives to tell her that Sheikh wants to meet her. Saras comes with Majnu, and Sunanda welcomes them. Majnu urges Sunanda to call Kumud since Sheikh has come to see her. Jugnu arrives, wanting to meet Kumud as well, but Sunanda angrily scolds him and tells him to leave.

Jugnu insists that he will bring the full money and that Kumud belongs only to him, handing over Rs. 50 lakhs. Sunanda’s expression changes as she sees the money. Jugnu demands his promise be fulfilled and his claim on Kumud honored. Sunanda admits she thought Jugnu would never return, but he surprised her by coming with the money. Saras watches, shocked.

Sunanda apologizes to Sheikh, while Majnu protests the sudden change since they already gave an advance payment. He accuses Sunanda of insulting Sheikh, who only came for Kumud. Sunanda explains that she promised Jugnu and that he brought Rs. 50 lakhs. Jugnu scolds Sunanda for this.

Saras worries about how to arrange the remaining Rs. 1 crore needed to save Kumud. Sunanda tells Sheikh he can take his time to decide and asks him to return only if he has the full amount. Saras promises that the money will be arranged within 24 hours. Sunanda is pleased with this.

Jugnu threatens that no one will get Kumud until 24 hours pass. Saras thinks to himself that just one day is all they have. Sunanda declares that Kumud’s fate will be decided within 24 hours, and they will wait for Sheikh’s return.

Saras and Majnu leave, wondering how to arrange such a large sum of money. Majnu suggests calling the family for help, but Saras insists he must arrange it on his own.
