Soulmate update Thursday 24 April 2025

The episode begins with Sayali telling Sachin how his drinking habits are affecting her and the household. He offers her food, but she refuses, saying she wants to go to sleep. She leaves, and Sachin is left feeling sad.

The next morning, Sayali serves coffee to Riya, who expresses her frustration about Sachin blaming her and Akash for something they didn’t do. She wonders how Sayali handles such issues every day. Sayali encourages her to drink the coffee. Roshni enters, and they all talk and laugh together.

Riya jokingly warns Roshni to keep Tejas in check, or he might end up drinking every day like Sachin. Roshni reassures her that Tejas will never do anything she doesn’t like. Riya then adds that Akash also listens to her, mentioning that Akash told her how Sachin had always been a heavy drinker.

Renu overhears their conversation about their husbands and starts to worry that if the daughters-in-law become united, she might lose control. Paresh comes in and asks Renu to step aside, questioning why she was watching them. Renu explains that they were just sitting, talking, and laughing.

Paresh dismisses it as a good thing and asks her to get some tea. Sayali offers to bring it, but Riya sarcastically tells Renu to get it herself. Renu mutters to herself that she needs to assert more control.

Mamta arrives at the house, and Riya introduces her to Tejas and Roshni. Mamta recalls hearing about them, mentioning that Roshni is from Dubai. Roshni confirms this and mentions her father is there. Riya invites Mamta to visit her beauty parlor sometime.

Mamta agrees. Renu pulls Paresh aside to introduce him to Mamta, who is eager to show off the clothes and jewelry she brought. Mamta insists that they have to do their duty as Riya’s parents and presents Riya with a beautiful set of jewelry.

Renu is overjoyed to see the jewelry, and Mamta assures Riya that it’s all for her. Akash tries to protest, but Mamta insists, saying they hadn’t given Riya anything for her wedding, so this gesture was important. She presents 50 tolas of gold to Riya.

Renu’s imagination runs wild as she envisions herself living like royalty, and the song “Apna Sapna Money Money” plays in the background.

Mamta adds that Joy has arranged for 500 tolas of gold for Riya, but it’s currently in a locker. Renu is stunned by this, and Mamta says that they should keep the gold now. Paresh tries to refuse, explaining that they hadn’t asked for the jewelry, but Mamta insists it’s a tradition they need to follow.

Paresh, however, firmly declines, citing the hurtful words Joy had said about him abandoning Akash for money. He doesn’t want to prove Joy’s accusations true by accepting the gold. Riya begins to worry about losing everything as the situation unfolds. Paresh stands his ground and refuses to accept the offer.
