Anupama update Saturday 7 June 2025

The episode begins with the new Rahi playing the conch shell. Pandit ji explains that while people usually come to pray for something from God, today they have come to express their gratitude for all they have received. Rahi says that whatever Dwarkadeesh decides is always right, whether they understand it or not, and that they should be thankful to him. She begins to dance, imagining herself dancing with Prem. Anupama arrives and notices her dancing. As Rahi almost drops the aarti plate, Anupama catches it, and the two share a dance together. Rahi then touches Anupama’s feet in respect. They dance together, and at the end, Anupama embraces Rahi, who hugs her back while shedding tears.

Baa calls the children together and says they will first perform the aarti and then celebrate Christmas with a special Christmas aarti. Ansh insists that they will never abandon their culture. Mahi adds that they will honor Kanha ji’s aarti and still celebrate Jesus’s birthday. Ishu says she will wear a saree, and Baa agrees that women look beautiful in sarees. Pari and Kinjal also say they will wear sarees, with Kinjal proudly saying her daughter will look the best.

The family gathers around the Christmas tree and hangs keychains as decorations. Ishu remarks that Jesus will be surprised to see how they celebrate Christmas. Baa ties the last keychain, wishing the family protection from the evil eye and emphasizing the belief that the whole world is one family. Pari adds that this means they embrace all festivals as their own.

Anupama gently tells Rahi that she senses something is troubling her and asks her to share what’s on her mind. Rahi admits she is missing her father deeply, clarifying that it’s not about being unhappy with her current situation but that her longing for him is strong. Anupama encourages her to speak freely and reassures her that sometimes the mind needs time to process emotions.

Rahi asks what she should do, and Anupama advises her to surrender everything to God completely, explaining that fighting against herself will lead to no victory. She tells Rahi to ask Kanha ji to take care of her problems and to thank him in advance for resolving them because he knows what’s best. Rahi nods in agreement. Anupama then reminds her that they need to celebrate the Christmas party, but Rahi hesitates, saying she doesn’t want to celebrate. Anupama encourages her by saying they should celebrate not just for themselves but for others as well.

Later, Rahi calls a customer to confirm she will check and send all the boxes. Prem enters, and they exchange a meaningful glance. Prem hugs her, but when she tries to pull away, he gently holds her pallu. She removes her hand but steadies him as he almost stumbles. Then he pulls her closer, thinking that if he has ever liked someone after his mother, it’s her, hoping she will choose him. Rahi thinks about how she trusted Prem after her father and hopes to choose him as well. Prem mistakenly approaches Mahi, telling her he doesn’t want to let her go anywhere because she looks beautiful. Mahi smiles, surprising him. Radha calls them to come.

Later, Anupama arrives dressed for the Christmas celebration, and everyone praises her appearance. Ansh jokes that everyone looks dull compared to her, and Baa agrees she looks wonderful. Anupama explains the game they will play: while blindfolded, each person will try to place a garland around someone’s neck. Ansh tries to cheat, but Anupama catches him and decides to place the garland on his neck herself. Kinjal puts the garland on Toshu and declares she has won. Toshu asks what she wants as a prize, and she jokingly says respect. Ansh calls to start the next round. Mahi quietly thinks about placing the garland on Prem. Prem approaches Rahi and tells her that he wants to be the one to place the garland on her, smiling warmly.
