Sacred Love update Friday 13 June 2025

The episode opens with Chandan reflecting on his emotions. He wonders why he doesn’t feel upset, despite Adrija being his daughter. Instead, he finds himself feeling happy for Meghla. Meanwhile, a shocked Meghla confronts Ranbir, pleading with him to say it was just a prank. But Ranbir, calm and composed, assures her that he’s not joking. “This is an important day in my life,” he says. “I’ve shared my true feelings. I’m completely in my senses. Am I not good enough for you?”

Adrija watches the moment unfold, tears in her eyes. Ranbir turns to everyone present and apologizes, admitting that he never wanted to marry Adrija and that he’s in love with Meghla. “I want to marry Meghla,” he declares. But Meghla responds firmly, “I don’t want that.” The song Bolna mahi bolna plays softly in the background as she walks away, overwhelmed.

Ranbir pleads with the family to talk to Meghla. “If she agrees,” he says, “then we can go ahead with the ceremony—with her.” Chandan, visibly frustrated, questions Ranbir if he truly understands the chaos he has caused. Ranbir insists it was all a miscommunication and reiterates that forcing this marriage will only bring unhappiness. “Do you really want Adrija to spend her life in an unhappy marriage?” he asks.

Elsewhere, Meghla rushes to Guruji and breaks down in his arms. He gently asks if she came alone and assumes she’s upset over Adrija’s wedding. Meghla sobs, saying, “I can’t go back home. I want to stay here forever.” Guruji tries to comfort her and asks if the aashirwad rasam happened, to which she replies no.

Back at the house, Ranbir says he’ll find a suitable life partner for Adrija. Chandan cuts him off, stating, “That’s not your concern. We are her parents. We will handle her life.”

Balveer sternly scolds Ranbir, who continues to accept full responsibility. “I know I’ve made mistakes,” Ranbir says, “but continuing with this would be a bigger one.” Meher expresses disappointment. “We believed you loved Adrija. You should’ve hinted something. Meghla is younger than her.” Ranbir tries to explain that when he spoke to them on the phone, he mentioned being drawn to Meghla’s voice. “You heard her singing. I thought you’d understand.” He adds that Meghla and Adrija are of the same age.

Chandan says, “I can’t get Meghla married before Adrija.” Ranbir replies, “I’m willing to wait if Meghla is willing.”

Param shares his sympathy for both girls, while Harman admits he never expected such a situation. Simran questions Ranbir’s assumption. “You like Meghla. But how could you assume she’d feel the same?” Ranbir says, “Just ask her once. Maybe she does.”

Balveer puts an end to the conversation: “The roka was fixed with Adrija. That’s final.” Diljot bursts out emotionally, “Is marriage a joke to you? If Ranbir doesn’t want to marry Adrija, will you force him? You already ruined my life.” Dadi interrupts her and apologizes to Chandan, assuring him that Ranbir will marry Adrija.

Chandan bitterly replies, “You think Adrija will agree after all this? She has self-respect. She’s been humiliated. She’ll never forget this day.”

Back at the temple, Guruji tells Meghla that he must call her father. Meghla stops him. He notices her distress and presses her to reveal the truth. She struggles to speak, finally saying, “Too much has gone wrong.” He asks if the groom’s family came. She nods. “Then what happened with Ranbir?” he asks.

Meghla confesses, “Ranbir said he doesn’t want to marry Adrija.” Guruji understands immediately. Meghla breaks down, “I didn’t do anything wrong, but now everyone will think I did. Adrija won’t be able to bear seeing me again. She’ll never forgive me. I never imagined this could happen.”

Guruji gently asks, “Does Ranbir like you?” Meghla confirms, “Yes. He said he made a mistake… that he likes me.” Guruji consoles her, “That’s not a mistake. He knows you’re a good person. It’s easy to fall for you, just hearing you sing.”

Meghla shakes her head. “No, please don’t say that. Adrija is heartbroken because of me. She loved Ranbir so much. I don’t want to be the reason she suffers.”

Guruji asks, “What do you want then?” Meghla answers firmly, “I want to stay here. And I want Ranbir to marry Adrija.”

Guruji sighs and tells her, “You never realized he liked you until now.”
