Saras and Kumud: The episode begins with Pramad’s mother confronting Kumud. Kumud reveals that Pramad is responsible for her condition, stating that he misbehaved with her and forced her to drink alcohol. Shocked, Pramad’s mother apologizes but insists she can do nothing, telling Kumud that it is her responsibility to teach Pramad how a husband and wife should behave. Kumud is left stunned.

Meanwhile, Budhidhan learns the truth about Pramad’s actions from Saras. Outraged, he calls Pramad and slaps him, leaving everyone in shock. He declares that Pramad has crossed all limits and orders him to leave the house. Pramad glares at him angrily. Saras intervenes, asking Budhidhan to calm down. Budhidhan then instructs Saras to take breakfast to Kumud and assure her that if Pramad misbehaves again, she should inform him first. He also tells Saras to keep this matter from Kusum.

Kumud is lost in thought about Pramad’s mother’s words when Saras arrives with food. He urges her to eat, but she refuses, claiming she would rather die. Saras, visibly hurt, begs her never to say such things. Eventually, Kumud eats, and Saras smiles. She then questions him about breaking his promise. Saras replies that he would break it a thousand times if it meant protecting her.

At Vidyachatur’s House:Kumari wakes Danny by pouring water on him. When he protests, she teases him and asks why he came home. Danny, shivering with cold, requests tea and then shows her an email from Saras instructing him to help everyone. Danny is worried since no one knows where Saras is, but he hopes to find him soon.

Back at Budhidhan’s House:Saras tells Kumud that he is breaking his own promise as well. He had vowed to unite her and Pramad, but after what happened, he no longer wants her to be with him. He tells her not to waste her efforts on changing Pramad. Kumud admits she is losing patience but still has hope. Saras argues that a marriage cannot survive if one partner keeps trying to destroy it. Kumud insists that she willingly chose this marriage and must have the courage to endure it. Saras, reflecting on his mother’s tragic fate, warns her not to sacrifice herself like his mother did.

Kalika eavesdrops on their conversation, suspicious of what they are planning. Meanwhile, Kusum returns from the temple and gives prasad to Pramad’s mother, who is preoccupied with Teej preparations. Saras is troubled, believing Kumud should not fast for Pramad, but he keeps his thoughts to himself. Pramad’s mother expresses gratitude that Kusum supports Kumud.

Danny’s Struggles Continue:Danny struggles in his tent, accidentally burning his shirt while cooking. Guniyal and Badimaa observe him, wondering why he has not left yet. Guniyal decides to offer him food, and Kumari is tasked with delivering it. However, she mischievously adds extra chili powder. Danny, unsuspecting, takes a bite and immediately starts coughing and shouting. Kumari laughs and warns him that she will do worse if he doesn’t leave.

Kumud Faces Pressure to Observe Teej Fast:Pramad’s mother brings Kumud Teej clothes and items, apologizing for not listening to her earlier. She urges Kumud to fast, believing it may help mend her relationship with Pramad. Kumud questions whether fasting can truly bring them closer when Pramad doesn’t even accept her as his wife. She wonders why he treats her so cruelly and, despite being willing to fast, doubts he would ever respect it.

Later, Pramad approaches Kumud and sees her crying. Mocking her, he asks if she is crying because of him. Fearful, Kumud steps back. He gets closer and warns her not to act like his wife, or he won’t spare her.

Distressed, Kumud recalls Pramad’s threats and Saras’s words. Kusum arrives with mehendi and bangles, excited for Teej, but Kumud refuses to fast. When Kusum asks why, Kumud points out that there is nothing between her and Pramad. She reminds Kusum that even their Badimaa did not fast due to lack of respect for her husband. Kusum worries about how Pramad’s mother will react, but Kumud insists she must tell her the truth.

Kalika’s Scheming:Kumud writes a letter to Pramad’s mother, explaining that she will not observe the fast. Before she can hand it over, Kalika intercepts the note. Later, Kalika replaces it with a different letter, deceiving Pramad’s mother. When Saras sees Kalika acting suspiciously, he grows concerned about what she is plotting.

Meanwhile, Guniyal and Badimaa plan gifts for Kumud’s Teej and call her home to inform them. Kalika answers the call and lies, telling Saras it was a wrong number. Saras notices a letter in Kalika’s hand, but she snatches it away before he can read it, further arousing his suspicions.

The Teej Fast Controversy:As Teej celebrations begin, Pramad’s mother and guests are shocked to find Kumud eating fruits. The guests see it as a bad omen, and Pramad’s mother is furious. Saras, realizing Kalika’s deception, watches silently. Kumud tries to explain that she had informed Pramad’s mother in her letter, but Pramad’s mother scolds her, feeling deeply hurt and humiliated. Kalika smirks, satisfied with her manipulation.

Pramad’s mother apologizes to the guests and dismisses them before confronting Kumud in private. She accuses Kumud of acting like Pramad and disappointing the family. Kumud breaks down in tears as Saras watches, determined to uncover Kalika’s mischief.

Meanwhile, Pramad’s sudden change in demeanor surprises Budhidhan when he declares that he will buy Kumud a gift for Teej. Budhidhan eyes him suspiciously.
