Jhanak update Sunday 16 February 2025

Jhanak: The episode begins with Jhanak reflecting on Anirudh’s words when Aditya approaches her. He questions why she deliberately lost the competition. She insists she wasn’t well and didn’t perform her best. Aditya, unconvinced, asks where she plans to stay. She replies that she will stay at a hotel. He offers to help her find work, but she refuses, determined to manage on her own.

Meanwhile, Choton and Lalon discuss Appu. Lalon, who secretly cares for Appu, sends chocolates for her but asks Choton to say he got them. Choton advises Lalon not to let his feelings grow.

Back to Jhanak, Aditya offers her an acting opportunity, but she initially refuses, saying she isn’t an actress. He insists she should at least try and reassures her that his intentions are genuine. He acknowledges his reputation but clarifies that he respects her feelings for Anirudh. Eventually, Jhanak agrees to audition. When Aditya offers to drop her off, she declines, preferring to go on her own.

At that moment, Anirudh, Arshi, and Shrishti arrive and see Jhanak with Aditya. Shrishti comments that Jhanak has now realized her place, while Arshi claims Jhanak is having an affair with Aditya. Anirudh, though silent, knows Jhanak lost the competition only to make Arshi happy. As Jhanak leaves with Aditya, Arshi taunts Anirudh, saying Jhanak no longer needs him.

Later, Anirudh visits Jhanak, and they argue. Jhanak reminds him that she lost the competition at his request, allowing Arshi to win. Anirudh remarks that she has changed from an innocent girl to a sharp, independent woman. Their argument intensifies, with Jhanak stating that she will prove her worth through her own talent.

Meanwhile, at home, Anjana scolds Appu while Choton and Bablu try to console her. Appu is upset that Lalon didn’t visit as he had promised. Anjana tells her not to expect too much from him.

The episode ends with Anirudh questioning Jhanak about her arrival in Mumbai and why she didn’t inform him. She says she didn’t find it necessary. Anirudh insists he has always wished the best for her, but Jhanak tells him she doesn’t need to prove herself—her talent will speak for itself.
