Anupama update Thursday 6 March 2025
Anupama: The episode begins with Anupama noticing Toshu and Pakhi arriving at Asha Bhavan. Everyone stares at them in surprise. Dolly comments that it’s good they didn’t act foolishly like Toshu and Pakhi.
Dimpy agrees, saying otherwise, they would have faced the same consequences. Toshu boldly states that they can laugh, mock them, or say whatever they want. Pakhi declares that since they have come, they intend to stay.
Kinjal sarcastically asks if they have finally regained their senses. Toshu admits that their minds are completely drained, while Pakhi complains of exhaustion, saying they can barely stand. Babu Ji states that Anupama will decide whether they can stay.
Bala agrees, and Indra says Anupama’s decision is final. Toshu pleads, asking them to consider that they are tired and have truly changed. Pakhi requests to stay, but Kinjal insists that only Anupama can decide. Toshu turns to Kinjal, asking her to let him stay, and then requests Pari to tell Anupama that she wants her father.
However, Pari refuses, stating that everything was peaceful when he was not around. Pakhi asks Ishu for support, but Ishu reminds her that she always scolds her and says Nani (Anupama) will decide their fate.
Toshu then turns to Dimpy for help, but Dimpy reminds him that Asha Bhavan is not her home. Baa questions Toshu and Pakhi if they have truly realized their mistakes. They both nod and accept their faults.
Baa tells them to come inside, but Anupama stops them. She clarifies that she will not disrespect Baa’s decision but will set conditions. She tells them that they must fold their hands and sincerely apologize to everyone at Asha Bhavan. If the residents forgive them, they can stay.
Additionally, they must follow the house rules, contribute to expenses, help with chores, and respect everyone. If they agree, they may enter; otherwise, they are free to leave.
Toshu and Pakhi reflect on their struggles and ultimately apologize, promising to do the work. Anupama then dismisses them, saying their test is over. They protest, arguing that they have already apologized.
Anupama clarifies that this was a test to see if they had truly changed and left their arrogance behind. She firmly shuts the door in their faces, telling them to leave. Toshu and Pakhi are shocked and saddened. Dolly questions Anupama, asking if she has a heart or if it has turned to stone.
Anupama replies that her heart has been broken so many times that she had to turn it into stone.
Toshu and Pakhi plead with Anupama to let them in. After some time, Anupama reopens the door but warns them to leave their attitude outside.
Later, Anuj visits Anupama and gives her tamarind candy. She asks if Babu Ji assigned him this task, to which Anuj jokes that he took it from him. Anupama reflects on her repeated hope that Toshu and Pakhi would change, but she is always proven wrong.
Anuj humorously suggests that she must have committed a terrible sin in her past life to have such children. She agrees, and Anuj playfully asks if she was a cruel queen or king in her past life. She replies that she must have been a cruel queen. They both imagine a scenario where Anupama is a ruthless queen and Anuj a prisoner who longs for her.
Anuj confesses his love, and Anupama sternly warns him, but he insists that love makes him fearless. She then “punishes” him by playfully hitting him with a whip, bringing the flashback to an end. Anupama teases Anuj, asking if he ever got punished like that. He playfully responds that even in his imagination, she ignored him.
Anuj hopes that in their next life, they will have a happier existence without such problems. He reassures Anupama that he will always wait for her, no matter how long it takes.
Meanwhile, Pakhi struggles to iron clothes using a heavy iron while Toshu folds clothes. Pakhi complains about the outdated iron, and Toshu questions why poor people even need ironed clothes. Pakhi warns him that Anupama might hear them, but Toshu says they must endure and manipulate Anupama into being their mother again.
Pakhi doubts they can stay there for long. As they turn, they see Anupama standing behind them. She pretends not to have heard anything and urges Pakhi to finish ironing quickly. Pakhi whines about the weight, but Anupama reminds her that she ironed everyone’s clothes for 25 years in the Shah house. She warns her to hurry, or the electricity bill will increase.
Later, Babu Ji asks Anupama to safeguard Kinjal and others’ jewelry. Anupama hesitates, saying she has no secure place to keep it. Babu Ji suggests keeping it in a trunk, but Anupama feels the responsibility is too great and advises him to store it with his jeweler friend. He refuses, fearing Leela’s accusations. Anupama finally agrees to keep the jewelry.
Toshu overhears this conversation and gets an idea. He tells Pakhi he’ll be back soon, leaving her worried about his intentions. Toshu secretly follows Anupama as she places the jewelry and money in a locked box inside the cupboard. Sagar enters and warns Anupama not to lift heavy objects. She suspects something is on his mind and asks if it is about a girl. Sagar considers confessing his feelings for Meenu but gets interrupted when Mahi calls Anupama, crying.
Anuj tries to console Mahi, but she continues crying. Anupama asks what happened. Aadhya scolds Ansh and Ishu, questioning their behavior, while Pari defends herself, saying she tried to stop them. Pari reveals that they beat Mahi because she took their ball.
Anupama demands an explanation from Ansh. He bluntly states that they dislike Mahi. Pari insists that Ansh reveal the real reason. Kinjal urges Pari to speak up. Pari exposes that Ansh’s mother instructed him not to play with Mahi, as she no longer belongs to the Shah family.
Furious, Anupama confronts Dimpy, asking if she feels no shame for teaching such lessons to her child. Dimpy defends herself, arguing that Anupama has no right to interfere in how she raises her son. She points out that Anupama scolds her own children without external interference.
Anupama asks Aadhya to take the kids inside and orders Ansh and Ishu to create a sorry card for Mahi.
After they leave, Anupama reprimands Dimpy and others for failing to learn from past mistakes. She warns them that unless she throws them out as well, they will not come to their senses. She asserts that she will never hesitate to punish them, regardless of whether they are her children or daughters-in-law. She reminds them that parents should unite their children, not divide them over property disputes.
She emphasizes that after parents pass away, siblings should stand by each other instead of being divided. She then asserts that while Dimpy may be Ansh’s mother, she is his grandmother and has full authority over him. She warns Dimpy that if she ever teaches the children anything wrong again, she will not hold back.
Anuj then remarks that modern mothers and children have lost their values. He praises Aadhya for inheriting Anupama’s values. Anupama credits Anuj as well, jokingly assigning the values as 80% hers and 20% his.
Anuj playfully protests, reducing her share to 70%. He then jokes that she should not pass down her lecturing habit to Aadhya. Anupama teases him, asking if he is tired of her lectures. Anuj laughs, saying he married her so he could listen to her lectures for a lifetime.
