Soulmate: The episode begins with Sachin arriving to meet Sayali. As he listens to her conversation, he assumes she is only concerned about her work and not about his father, Paresh. Dilip invites him inside, and Shubha asks Sachin to sit. She inquires about Paresh’s health, expressing their prayers for his recovery. She acknowledges Sayali’s mistake and justifies Sachin’s anger. However, Sayali questions what wrong she has done.

Sachin asks Sayali to return home, but she remains upset. She reminds him that he was the one who asked her to leave, and his family forced her out of the hospital, so why is he now asking her to return? Shubha urges her to listen. Sayali insists she did nothing wrong and questions Sachin’s sudden change of heart. Sachin clarifies that it isn’t his decision—Paresh has refused to eat or take his medicines until she returns. He admits he is helpless. Sayali realizes that he came only because of Paresh’s insistence, not out of his own will.

Shubha persuades Sayali to go home, reminding her of Paresh’s need for medicines. Sachin stresses that his father could suffer from chest pain if he doesn’t take his medication. Shubha reassures him that Sayali will come. He then confronts Sayali, blaming her for misplacing important documents, which led him to sell his car. He asks if she had informed him that she gave the papers to Paresh. Sayali remains silent as he accuses her of making him search for her at home and the temple. Shubha explains that they had gone to the priest’s house to pray for Paresh’s health. Sachin, frustrated, insists that they don’t have time for arguments. Sayali finally agrees to come, but only for Paresh’s sake. Shubha advises her not to argue with Sachin.

Meanwhile, at home, Roshni urges Paresh to take his medicines, but he refuses until Sayali arrives. When Sachin brings Sayali home, she gets emotional seeing Paresh and rushes to him in tears. Paresh warmly calls her closer, while Renu taunts her. Paresh, however, consoles Sayali as she apologizes to him. She insists she had no idea that Akash was getting married that day. Renu accuses her of lying, claiming that Sayali deliberately went to the temple that day to create trouble. Sayali defends herself, explaining that Akash had requested her to speak to Riya and stop her from rushing into the marriage, but she was unaware of his plans to get married.

Renu remains skeptical and accuses Sayali of fabricating stories to deceive them. Sachin also criticizes Sayali, but Paresh intervenes, stopping him. Sayali, feeling isolated, turns to Paresh and pleads with him to trust her. She tells him that while others may not believe her, she looks up to him for support. Paresh expresses his disappointment—not because of what happened, but because she did not confide in him earlier. He admits that if she had told him about her conversation with Riya, he wouldn’t have felt betrayed. However, he chooses to let go of the past. He recalls that Kishor informed him about Sayali visiting the hospital and praying for his recovery. He acknowledges her presence and gestures to the protective thread she tied to his hand. Sayali nods in agreement.

Paresh reminds Sayali that when he brought her into his home, he welcomed her as his daughter. His only wish was for her and Sachin to live happily together. Sayali, noticing that he still hasn’t taken his medicines, urges him to do so. He asks her to hand him the medicine, and when she hesitates, he asks Roshni to guide her. With Roshni’s approval, Sayali gives Paresh his medicines.

Later that night, Sachin returns home and gets into an argument with Sayali. Paresh overhears them and feels disheartened. Sayali confronts Sachin, accusing him of trusting others over his own wife. Sachin lashes out, reminding her that she signed as a witness and betrayed him, humiliating his father in the process. He declares that the matter is over. Sayali, deeply hurt, insists that she was not the cause of the issue. However, Sachin refuses to listen, blaming her for everything. He tells her that he only brought her back because of his father’s insistence and that he doesn’t care about her. He coldly tells her to cry in a corner if she wants and goes to sleep. Sayali is left heartbroken and in tears.
