Jhanak: The episode begins with Arshi confronting Jhanak, stating that they no longer need her and accusing her of causing trouble for Anirudh. She threatens to call the police.

Jhanak, unfazed, dares her to go ahead, emphasizing that she had refrained from involving the authorities for Arshi’s sake. She insists that if Anirudh had accepted the truth, things wouldn’t have escalated.

Jhanak makes it clear that while she does not seek a relationship with him, she wants him to acknowledge the baby as his. She reminds Arshi of their familial bond and asks her to consider her next move.

Arshi accuses Jhanak of being manipulative, but Jhanak defends herself, stating that if she were truly cunning, she wouldn’t have been deceived.

She asserts that she has the strength to fight and is determined to seek justice for her mother’s death and her child’s rights. Anirudh firmly denies any involvement, but Jhanak challenges him, accusing him of deceiving her.

She questions why he continuously insults her and who gave him the authority to do so. Despite his denials, she remains steadfast, vowing to return and prove the truth about her baby’s parentage.

Meanwhile, at Lalon’s home, celebrations are in full swing as he dances joyfully. Anuradha applies haldi to him. Jhanak, witnessing the event, comments that she thought Mrinalini had married Choton in the Bose household.

Mrinalini clarifies that neither she nor Choton wanted the marriage, emphasizing that she is not desperate for him. Jhanak, noticing her reaction, suggests that she might still be affected. Mrinalini brushes it off, remarking that Anirudh and Arshi’s marriage remains incomplete.

Jhanak points out that Anirudh lacks the courage to accept the truth. Mrinalini expresses her disappointment in him, while Jhanak defends Choton. Mrinalini asserts that she is financially independent and has never relied on Choton for support.

Jhanak remarks that if she had wanted, she could have prevented Anirudh and Arshi’s marriage. However, she refuses to punish his family for his mistakes, acknowledging the love and care she has received from Anjana, Bablu, and Choton. Mrinalini admits that she was invited by Anjana, confirming her respect for them.

Meanwhile, Lalon invites Choton to witness the haldi ceremony. Choton playfully joins in. Jhanak advises Mrinalini not to misunderstand Choton and to make her own decision about marriage. Mrinalini dismisses the idea, calling Choton a coward who initially pursued her but then withdrew.

Choton overhears their conversation. Jhanak asks if he ever made a promise to Mrinalini, to which she responds that a promise was unnecessary—his actions indicated his interest before he backed out. She expresses frustration, feeling embarrassed by his actions. Jhanak reassures her that she will one day realize Choton’s true nature and recognize his worth.

Later, Choton converses with Anuradha, who shares the story of her late husband. Jhanak inquires about his old friends, but Anuradha admits that they distanced themselves after the family moved to the locality. Jhanak speculates that although they may not be able to repay any debts, justice can still be served. Anuradha reminisces about their once-stable life before tragedy struck.

Choton reassures her, emphasizing that life continues and that her true treasure is her son, Lalon. Anuradha expresses her wish for Lalon’s happiness. Meanwhile, Mrinalini reminds Anuradha to take good care of Appu, describing her as a kind-hearted girl. Anuradha reassures her, stating that Lalon agreed to the marriage because of Appu’s goodness. She then asks Chimli to bring Kajal, but Chimli informs her that Kajal is unavailable. Jhanak curiously asks about Kajal, and Anuradha explains that she is Chimli’s friend and a schoolteacher who must be occupied.

As the haldi ceremony continues, Lalon requests Jhanak to apply haldi to him. Meanwhile, Choton approaches Mrinalini and tells her that if they had married, she would have faced humiliation from society. He advises her to find someone better suited for her and reveals his plans to move to Delhi for a fresh start. Mrinalini grows concerned and scolds him.

Just then, Anirudh arrives, calling Choton. Upon seeing Jhanak, he hesitates. Lalon encourages Anirudh to join the festivities and sing along. Amidst the commotion, Jhanak suddenly loses her balance and falls into Anirudh’s arms, leaving everyone stunned.
