Soulmate: The episode opens with Sayali reflecting on a recent conversation with Renu. Flashback begins—Renu had asked Sayali to prepare a room, prompting Sayali to question where Akash and Riya would sleep, since there was no spare room available. Renu sternly tells her to prepare Sayali and Sachin’s room for the newlyweds and instructs her to convince Sachin when he returns home. Sayali reluctantly agrees. Renu reassures her that it’s only for a few days and that she’ll speak to Paresh about a permanent solution.

Back in the present, Sayali tells Sachin, “I didn’t decorate this room for us—it’s for Akash and Riya’s first night.” Sachin, shocked, asks what nonsense she’s talking. “This is our room,” he insists. Sayali explains that there’s no other option and that Renu made the decision. Furious, Sachin storms out, calling for Akash.

Tejas and Roshni arrive as Sachin shouts for Akash. Sayali informs him that Akash and Riya are out. Still fuming, Sachin says he won’t give up his room and demands that Akash be called back. Renu intervenes, and an argument erupts between her and Sachin.

“I won’t support Akash and Riya like this,” Sachin declares. Roshni tries to reason with him, saying Renu is just trying to handle the situation. But Sachin refuses to back down. Renu pleads with him to let them stay for a few days, promising to sort things soon. Still, Sachin refuses.

Tejas joins the conversation, asking what the big issue is. Sachin challenges him to offer his own room. Tejas casually replies that the decorations have already been done in Sayali and Sachin’s room and that he just wants to get some sleep. Tejas and Roshni leave. Sachin, frustrated, says he’s keeping quiet only out of respect for their father. Sayali says he’s not home—he’s gone to the union office with Kishor—and asks Sachin to come with her.

As they walk, Sayali tries to calm Sachin. He continues arguing, worried about her comfort if things go wrong. Sayali stops him from going back to the room, but he insists he’ll sleep on a carpet—implying she’ll end up outside if she argues more. He walks off.

Renu asks Sayali if Sachin agreed. Sayali lies and says yes—he’ll sleep on the terrace. Renu tells her to move all his belongings there. Sayali nods and leaves.

Before she can go, Renu taunts Sayali again, but this time Sayali gives her a sharp response and walks away.

Later, Akash and Riya return home. Renu happily welcomes them and tells them to go to their room. Akash hesitates, knowing it’s Sachin’s room. Renu assures him that Sachin will sleep on the terrace, and urges them to freshen up for a few rituals. Riya, confused, asks what rituals. Renu vaguely answers there are just a few customs. Sayali chimes in, explaining Renu is referring to post-wedding rituals. Still puzzled, Akash asks what exactly is going on. Renu brushes it off and tells him to go bathe.

Akash enters the room and is surprised to see the romantic decorations. He smiles. Outside, Riya presses for more details about the ritual. Renu finally tries to explain—awkwardly hinting at the wedding night. Riya boldly replies, “You could’ve said that clearly. Akash and I have already spent our first night together.”

Akash, embarrassed, hides his face. Renu is stunned. Akash quickly makes an excuse to go take a bath and shuts the door. Renu, still processing the revelation, asks, “What did she just say?” Riya confirms—casually—that everything between them already happened. Sayali and Roshni share amused glances.

Sayali gently asks Riya to get ready, but Riya protests, saying there’s no point now. Renu scolds her for talking so openly and tells her to go get ready. Sayali takes her along. Renu holds her head in frustration, lamenting that Riya lacks modesty. Roshni jokes, saying Riya didn’t clarify when it happened—before or after marriage. Renu defends her son’s character, but Roshni keeps teasing, lightening the mood.

Later, Roshni helps Riya get ready. Renu compliments Riya’s appearance, speaking kindly for a change. Roshni notes the shift in Renu’s tone. Riya thanks her, admitting she doesn’t know how to drape a saree—Akash helped her earlier. Renu praises Roshni for her makeup skills. Meanwhile, Sayali is busy in the kitchen.

Renu walks over and asks Sayali to mix dry fruit powder into the milk, continuing her usual passive-aggressive taunts. Sayali, visibly annoyed, carries on with her work.
