Jhanak update Saturday 3 May 2025

The episode begins with Appu and Lalon arriving at the event and meeting Anirudh. Anirudh offers to have picked them up, but Lalon declines, saying he brought along Appu’s family. Anirudh thanks him and warmly greets the family, expressing his happiness at their presence. However, Anjana remarks that they hadn’t intended to watch the dance program.

Choton checks on Appu and asks if she’s okay. Appu replies that she isn’t, adding that she’s waiting for someone to return—someone who promised to come back if Appu performed well. Lalon says he doesn’t want to upset her. Mrinalini assures that Appu’s wish will be fulfilled. Touched, Appu asks when she will visit them. Anirudh encourages everyone to take their seats. Appu mentions that she’s curious to see who Nutan is. Lalon explains that Appu often feels low and misses Jhanak, so he brought her to see this Nutan for herself.

Meanwhile, Aditya tells Anirudh to keep an eye on Brijbhushan, saying he needs to be exposed. Anirudh replies that Jhanak is no longer alive, but Aditya insists the truth must come out, wishing Jhanak were here. Anirudh reflects that many things were left unresolved.

Just then, Arshi and others arrive and notice Anirudh. Arshi informs him that Shrishti has been granted bail and that she asked Vinayak to bring her here. Bipasha expresses her happiness and greets Brijbhushan, who acknowledges hearing about Shrishti’s release. Arshi states that Shrishti will win the case and will soon arrive. Brijbhushan expresses a desire to meet her and asks about Nutan, saying he was invited and wants to know more about her. Arshi asks if he’s here to perform, but he clarifies that he’s attending as a paid guest. Shubh also greets Brijbhushan, and everyone takes their seats.

Elsewhere, Mimi and Rumi have a conversation. Mimi expresses her sorrow over Jhanak’s death, saying Jhanak had done a lot for her. Tanuja mentions that they’ve come to see Nutan, mainly for Arshi’s sake. Shubh comments that Anirudh hasn’t made any effort to reconnect with Arshi. Tanuja agrees but suggests giving him time. Lal and Bipasha make remarks about Anirudh and Aditya.

The host then begins the dance program and introduces Pandit Brijbhushan, asking the audience to welcome Nutan. A veiled Jhanak, performing under the name Nutan, takes the stage and begins her dance to the song Kehna Hai Kya…, leaving the audience captivated. Vinayak and Shrishti arrive and are greeted by Brijbhushan. As Jhanak dances, both Pandit ji and Guru ji watch closely. Guru ji notes that Jhanak is unaware of her real father’s identity. Pandit ji tells him to confront Kul Bhushan and expose his lies, believing that once Jhanak learns the truth, she will be strong enough to face it all.

Arshi questions who the mysterious dancer is and how she dances so beautifully. Shrishti admits she doesn’t know but says the dancer looks familiar. Tanuja and Shubh both praise the performance, calling it exceptional. Appu urges Anirudh to unveil Nutan’s face, but Mrinalini suggests she may wish to remain anonymous. Anirudh, however, notes that her dance style reminds him of Jhanak. Shrishti and Brijbhushan also recognize the familiar movements.

The host commends Nutan’s performance and invites Brijbhushan on stage. He also calls up another artist, Kul Bhushan. Guru ji tells Pandit ji that he wants to reveal the truth, although he doubts Jhanak will believe him. Pandit ji encourages him, saying she will understand everything eventually. Guru ji joins the stage, leaving everyone stunned. He requests blessings for his daughter and unveils Nutan—revealing her to be Jhanak.

The entire audience is shocked. He introduces himself as Pandit Kul Bhushan and claims Jhanak, who has been going by Nutan, as his daughter. Jhanak then greets Brijbhushan and introduces herself as Nutan. She explains that her father had been away from public life for a long time and taught her this classical dance. She thanks the audience for attending.

Aditya observes that Jhanak’s style seemed different. Anirudh questions her identity, and Aditya confirms that she’s Nutan. Choton wonders how she could look exactly like Jhanak. Anirudh vows to uncover the truth, recalling that he had met Kul Bhushan at the ashram. Arshi points out the uncanny resemblance between Kul Bhushan and Brijbhushan, and Shrishti admits she’s unsure of any connection. Tanuja also wonders how the dancer could look so much like Jhanak. Everyone is left deep in thought. Shrishti starts to suspect that Jhanak might truly have returned and vows to investigate.
