The episode begins with Aaji asking Sayali about her mangalsutra and jewelry. She inquires if Sayali fought with Sachin or sold the jewelry to help Paresh. Sayali denies it. Aaji presses her for the truth, and Sayali finally confesses that she gave the jewelry to Renu. Aaji is shocked and asks why she did that. Sayali explains, tearfully, that Renu insulted her father, and she couldn’t stay silent, so she gave her all the jewelry to Renu as a response.

Aaji is furious and vows to teach Renu a lesson. Sayali tries to stop her, but Aaji refuses to back down. Aaji calls Sachin and scolds him for allowing Sayali to give her jewelry away. Sachin defends Sayali, saying she handled the situation on her own. He also promises to buy her a new mangalsutra. Aaji insists that Sachin must protect Sayali, as Renu will treat her poorly, showing respect to the other two daughters-in-law due to money but treating Sayali like a maid. Sachin agrees, expressing his frustration with how Sayali is treated. Aaji tells him to keep his wife in high regard and treat her like a queen, to which Sachin jokingly agrees.

Later, Aaji meets the rest of the family. Renu questions why Aaji was speaking to Sachin and Sayali for so long. Aaji dismisses her, telling her to mind her own business. Paresh asks everyone to take Aaji’s blessings. Aaji blesses Akash and Riya, giving them some money, which Riya graciously accepts. She then blesses Tejas and Roshni and gives them money as well. Aaji tells Roshni to ask her father to come and meet her, and Roshni agrees. Tejas keeps the money, and Aaji reminds Renu not to treat her sons and daughters-in-law differently. She praises Sayali, which causes Renu to fume.

As the night falls, Renu brings a glass of milk to Paresh. Paresh jokes around as he takes it. Roshni gets a call, and Paresh asks her about the parlor, mentioning Aaji’s suggestion to close it for a few days when they go to the village. Renu assures him the staff will handle things. Roshni seems worried, but Renu brushes it off, saying she’ll come to get a facial before going to the village.

Meanwhile, Riya enters the room in a short dress, and Paresh looks away awkwardly. Sayali watches the scene from the side. Riya claims she’s killing mosquitoes. Renu tells her to go to her room, but Sayali insists she will handle it. Riya dismisses her, and Tejas enters, prompting Roshni to tell him to go back to his room. Renu and Sayali try to control Riya, who climbs onto the bed. Renu warns her to get down, and Sayali and Roshni try to guide her off the bed. Paresh turns away in discomfort.

Renu takes Riya aside and asks her if she is satisfied with her clothes. Riya reassures her, saying she is comfortable and doesn’t want to wear anything else. Renu and Roshni try to convince Riya to wear warmer clothes since it’s cold. Riya insists that she’s fine in what she’s wearing. She explains that she used to wear similar clothes at home, and no one ever had an issue with it. She boldly says that this is also her home, and since Uncle has accepted her as his daughter, she can wear what she wants. Renu agrees but urges Riya to be mindful of the others in the house. Riya, however, stands her ground, stating she doesn’t like anyone questioning her choices.
