The episode begins with Savi finishing a phone call and preparing to leave when Rajat stops her. With a serious expression, he tells her he knows everything. Startled, Savi anxiously asks what he means. Rajat then bursts into laughter, teasing her by saying she must be a crazy woman talking to herself. Savi breathes a sigh of relief, thinking to herself that at least he didn’t hear her confess to herself that she’s beginning to like him. Catching her smiling to herself, Rajat asks what’s amusing her.

He then insists on taking her to the hospital to get her dressing changed. Savi tries to decline, assuring him she can manage on her own and urges him to focus on his upcoming meeting. But Rajat remains firm. With a soft smile, Savi acknowledges that she knows he genuinely cares about her. Their eyes meet in a warm and silent moment.

Rajat drives her to the hospital. As they stop at a traffic light, Anubhav catches a glimpse of Savi and feels relieved to have finally found her. Once they reach the hospital, Rajat drops her off and heads to his meeting.

Elsewhere, during a media interview, Anubhav is asked why he returned from abroad after successfully establishing his business. Smiling while looking at a photo of Savi on his phone, he says he came back for a different, more personal reason. He then instructs one of his employees to find Savi’s contact details urgently.

Meanwhile, Rajat waits for his meeting, and Aman updates him on Anubhav’s background and business operations. At the same time, Anubhav’s employee hands him Savi’s contact number, earning a box of chocolates as a reward.

Back at the hospital, Savi receives a call from Anubhav. He reminds her of the promise they made long ago — to get married and build a life together. Lost in memories, Savi agrees to meet him for lunch. Anubhav immediately cancels his scheduled meeting with Rajat, instructing his manager to notify them.

In a separate scene, Arsh tells Ashika about their family custom: she must first stay at Aman’s house before the wedding, and at his house afterward. Aman, annoyed by Anubhav’s unprofessionalism, shares his frustration with Rajat. Just then, Ashika calls Aman, expressing her desire to stay with him until the wedding. Rajat gestures to Aman to say yes, and Aman hesitantly agrees. Once Ashika hangs up, Arsh smirks and tells Jigar that although she will leave his house now, she will never return — revealing a hidden motive. Kiyaan overhears their conversation.

Later, Rajat calls Savi to check if she got her bandage changed. Savi replies that it’s already done and she’s currently out for lunch with a friend. Rajat tells her to enjoy and ends the call.

At the restaurant, Savi is surprised by the luxurious treatment. When she inquires about it, Anubhav reveals that he organized everything, including re-creating special memories from their past — even hiring dhol players. Touched by the gesture, Savi asks if he booked the entire restaurant. Anubhav smiles and gifts her a candy bracelet, adding another emotional layer to their heartfelt reunion.

When Rajat returns home, he notices the glow on Savi’s face. Curious, he asks how her lunch went. Savi tells him that her friend made her day truly special. Spotting the candy bracelet on her wrist, Rajat casually asks about it. Savi mentions her friend Bhavi, but Rajat grows suspicious. Though she tries to play it off, Rajat is unsettled and quietly resolves to dig deeper and find out who this “Anubhav” really is.
