Saras and Kumud update Wednesday 28 May 2025

The episode begins with Kumud arriving at the craft exhibition along with a group of children. The kids are excited and enjoy the event. Kumud steps aside to make a call to Saras, but he doesn’t answer. She then calls Kusum to check in. Kusum assures her everything is fine at home and urges her to enjoy the fair. Kumud hangs up, still unable to shake off her growing concern.

Meanwhile, Kabir is shown instructing a group of men. He tells them to ensure that the picnic gets prolonged but strictly warns them not to harm any children, get caught, or mention his name. Looking at Ghuman’s photo on his laptop, he sneers and refers to her as a mere object meant to be used.

Kumud takes one of the boys to the restroom, and while she’s away, another boy named Chetan falls and starts crying. She rushes to check on him, distracting herself. Taking advantage of the moment, the men hand Chetan some chocolates and lure him away. Kumud returns and calls out for Chetan but doesn’t find him in the restroom. When a man tells her no child is inside, panic sets in as she starts searching frantically.

Elsewhere, Ghuman is admiring her ghungroos and gets a call from Kabir. She tells him to stall Danny. Kabir agrees and calls Danny with a fake business pretext, convincing him to meet for a discussion. He later texts Ghuman to confirm the task is done.

Back at the fair, Kumud asks other children if they saw Chetan. One of them tells her an “uncle” gave Chetan chocolates and took him away. Just then, she spots Saras and questions his presence. Saras assures her everything is fine at home and asks her to talk later. Kumud explains the missing child situation and suspects Saras might’ve given Chetan the chocolates. Saras denies it, and another boy confirms it wasn’t Saras. Realizing someone else took Chetan, Kumud grows increasingly anxious.

Meanwhile, Ghuman dresses up and begins dancing, lost in the moment. Kusum unexpectedly walks in and is surprised to see Ghuman dancing so freely. She teases her, saying Danny should see her perform. Ghuman worries he might react like his father. Kusum encourages her not to abandon her passion. Ghuman becomes emotional about her broken ghungroos and tries to downplay their importance, but Kusum promises to fix them.

Saras spots the man who took Chetan and follows him. They confront the men, who resist and try to flee with the child. A fight breaks out. One man grabs Kumud to distract Saras. Saras rushes to help Kumud but sees blood on her and loses control, aggressively beating the men. Kumud pleads with him to stop, insisting she’s okay. Saras finally lets go, and they embrace. Eventually, others arrive—too late to be of help. The guard reports that the men managed to escape.

The children cheer Saras, calling him a superhero. Kumud expresses her gratitude, saying she doesn’t know what would’ve happened without him. Saras reassures her, saying nothing can go wrong when he’s by her side.

Back at home, Kusum returns Ghuman’s ghungroos, encouraging her not to let go of her identity. Ghuman, pleased, smiles cunningly, thinking her plan is working. She praises Danny’s choice (implying Kusum) and acts sweetly, hiding her true intentions.
