Anupama update Sunday 8 June 2025

The episode begins with Pakhi placing a garland around Baa’s neck. Radha announces that Pakhi has won the game. Ansh then tells Pakhi she can ask Baa for anything she wants. Baa replies that she will only give blessings, not material things. Pakhi cheekily requests some jewelry, but Baa refuses to comply. This leads to a playful argument between them. Anupama declares that both Pakhi and Baa are out of the game now.

Next, Dolly puts the garland on Ansh, who asks what she wants. Dolly replies she wants to go shopping and buy something for Meenu, making everyone smile. Then Ishu wins and asks Pari to make a backless dress for her.

Meanwhile, Mahi thinks about recognizing Prem by his perfume scent, while Rahi contemplates leaving to avoid it. Prem realizes Rahi might distance herself from him. Mahi tries to place the garland on Prem, but Anupama accidentally pushes her aside, and Prem ends up putting the garland around Rahi’s neck.

Ansh urges Prem to ask for a promotion and a raise, while Toshu also encourages Prem to ask for something. Prem says he wants to ask her what is in her heart. Baa jokes that if she were the Prime Minister, that’s exactly what he’d want to know. Prem clarifies that he wants to know what she feels in her heart for him. Just then, Pakhi accidentally steps on a piece of broken glass and hurts herself, causing Anupama and others to rush to her side in concern. Rahi looks worried. Prem steps outside and wonders why Rahi strives for greatness when they both clearly love each other.

Ishu asks Baa’s permission to attend a party with her friends. Pakhi suspects that Rahi might have stepped on the glass piece intentionally. Dolly agrees, saying she thinks Rahi is hiding something and has been avoiding Prem’s questions.

Prem approaches Rahi and applies sandalwood paste on her injured foot as a soothing remedy. A song plays as he gently lifts her and carries her to bed. He makes sure she’s comfortable by placing her injured foot on a pillow. He promises that if she ever hurts herself again, he will hurt himself even more so she won’t have to bear the pain alone. Rahi begins to cry.

Later, Prem stands in the kitchen, lost in thought as he drinks water. Mahi asks him what he was asking Rahi and if she likes someone. Prem contemplates telling the truth but says he’ll reveal it when the time is right. Pari arrives and asks Mahi to help Anupama. Once Mahi leaves, Pari questions Prem about what he was doing, warning that if others find out about his feelings, they might reject him. Prem responds that until he understands Rahi’s feelings, he won’t tell anyone. He admits Rahi is not yet ready to accept his love.

Anupama talks to Rahi about the broken glass bell and how, despite its size, she didn’t notice it. She inquires about Rahi’s feelings for Prem. Rahi denies having any romantic feelings, saying Prem is just a friend and there’s nothing to love about him. Anupama insists a mother can tell when her child is lying, but Rahi calls her “very filmy.” She suggests they should focus on Mahi and Prem, aiming to bring them together as a couple. Anupama reflects that she has many things to clarify, as this concerns her daughter’s future.

The next morning, Rahi wakes up to find an “I love you” card on the table. Prem apologizes for getting angry with her and explains it was out of love. He admits that sacrificing love was a terrible idea and asks her to accept his feelings, warning that if she doesn’t, he might reveal everything to Anupama.

Meanwhile, Mahi gives Pari some herbal tea and asks if Prem told her anything about Mahi. Pari denies it, saying their conversation was casual. Mahi asks what they talked about, and Pari says Prem was giving ideas for their parents’ anniversary celebration. Rahi then suggests they should celebrate it, and Mahi comments on how lucky Rahi is to have her parents around. Rahi proposes going on a picnic. Mahi hopes Prem will confess his love to her soon, while Rahi doubts he will.

Later, Prem goes to the kitchen where Anupama confronts him. She demands to know his connection with Prarthana and recalls how he snatched his credit card the other day as if hiding a big secret. She insists on hearing the truth. Prem looks visibly tense.
