Sacred Love update Thursday 12 June 2025

The episode opens with everyone gathered to celebrate Adrija’s roka ceremony. Ranbir arrives and smiles when he sees Meghla. Kamal comments that he has missed most of the ceremony, but Simran notes that at least they arrived before it ended. Meghla welcomes them and asks them to come in.

Ranbir walks inside and notices Adrija seated on the stage, which leaves him visibly confused. Mahua jokes that they must have gotten lost on the way, and Param agrees. Harman introduces himself as Ranbir’s elder brother and introduces his wife, Simran. He compliments Adrija. Meghla then invites Ranbir to take a seat, and Chandan mentions that the ritual is about to conclude. Ranbir interrupts and says he needs to share something important.

Chandan encourages him to speak, but Meher interjects, suspecting he’s making excuses, and insists they let the roka proceed. Diljot adds that Ranbir is just late and should let it be. Ranbir apologizes but insists on explaining himself. He asks why the roka is being held with Adrija. Meher is surprised and asks what he means. Ranbir continues, saying he might have failed to communicate properly and assumed his feelings were understood—now, everything has gone wrong.

Zoravar demands clarity, saying it’s already late. Chandan reminds everyone how happy they all are and expresses confidence that their daughter will be happy in Ranbir’s family. He then asks why Ranbir is calling it a mistake and questions whether they misunderstood something. Meghla, noticing Ranbir’s distress, offers to get him some juice, but he stops her and holds her hand.

Meghla, surprised, asks what’s going on. Ranbir tells her she cannot leave and must stay. Mahua tries to lighten the moment, suggesting maybe Ranbir wants to hear Meghla sing again, adding that she already performed earlier and everyone enjoyed it.

Harman is intrigued and says he would love to hear her again after the roka. Mahua says Meghla is shy. Meher urges Ranbir to wait until the ceremony is over, as Adrija is waiting. But Ranbir insists—they need to change the course of the ceremony.

Meher is confused and asks what change he’s referring to. Harman also asks what Ranbir is trying to say. Param observes that Ranbir looks as if something serious has happened. Harman tells him to speak clearly. Mahua starts to worry, wondering if something has gone wrong.

Chandan and Adrija also begin to feel uneasy. Ranbir then admits that he has made a mistake he failed to express himself clearly. He apologizes and confesses that this important day was never meant to be planned with Adrija, but with Meghla.

Everyone is stunned. Adrija is heartbroken and begins to cry. Mahua and Chandan confront Ranbir, asking him to explain what he means. Adrija removes her dupatta in anger and accuses him of mocking her and humiliating her in front of everyone. Meghla also scolds Ranbir, telling him not to joke about such things.

She reminds him that Adrija has self-respect and that she is her sister. Ranbir clarifies that he never intended to insult Adrija and blames the situation on a miscommunication. He pleads for understanding and says they can still fix the situation. But Adrija, furious, throws the necklace away and walks off in tears.

Ranbir then confesses that he has strong feelings for Meghla and assumed everyone knew that. He says that’s why he never explicitly stated it before. Finally, he asks Meghla if she would consider becoming his life partner.

Meghla, however, is upset. She scolds him for hurting Adrija, pointing out that she may be simple but is not weak. She tells him that while she always treated him with kindness, he misunderstood it.

She accuses him of taking marriage too lightly and reminds him that Adrija had genuine feelings for him. She demands to know if he can ever return Adrija’s love and denies ever giving him any reason to think she reciprocated his feelings. She says he’s embarrassing both her and Adrija.

Ranbir responds sincerely, saying he only spoke from the heart. He leaves the decision to Meghla, telling her it’s now up to her to choose what happens next.
