The episode opens with Meghla arriving at the engagement ceremony. Diljot expresses her excitement and suggests they go check out the decorations. Meher tries to calm her down, reminding her of the promise she made to behave properly. Meher adds that she won’t talk to her if she acts out. Diljot, frustrated, asks why she should stay quiet—she wants to get married too, and insists the family should be finding her a groom as well. Mahua watches the exchange silently. Kamal tries to ease the tension, explaining that Diljot is emotionally unwell and tends to say impulsive things when attending weddings, as it’s her unfulfilled dream to get married. Mahua apologizes, saying Ranbir hadn’t mentioned anything about Diljot’s condition earlier.

Chandan then asks Meghla if she had gone home. She confirms and says she came back after getting ready. She also hints at a small surprise for everyone. Just then, Chirag and Deepika arrive and greet Meghla. Chandan comments that Deepika got married rather quickly. She replies that it all happened in a hurry. Chirag starts helping with the preparations, and Jhanvi teases him playfully. He brushes her off, asking her to step aside.

Meghla makes her way through the gathering, warmly welcoming guests. Balveer notices her and inquires about her. Chandan introduces Meghla as his younger daughter. Kamal remarks on her composed nature, while Mahua notes that Meghla usually keeps to herself. Chandan adds that despite her reserved nature, she’s a very affectionate person. He calls Meghla over, and she respectfully greets the family elders, who bless her warmly.

Chandan shares that Meghla has a passion for music. Meher, intrigued, asks if she enjoys singing and encourages her to perform. Meghla hesitates, recalling some harsh words from Adrija. Mahua steps in and mentions that Meghla’s Guruji is unwell, which has upset her. Still, Meher insists she sing, and Meghla finally agrees. Meher thanks her sincerely.

At that moment, Savi makes a grand entrance with singer Daler Mehndi, who begins performing his hit numbers. Meher greets Savi and introduces her to Meghla. Rajat soon joins them. Savi introduces him as her husband. Rajat congratulates Meher on her son’s wedding. Meher compliments the couple, calling them lovely, and Rajat shares a light joke while handing over their gifts.

Meanwhile, some girls tease Adrija about Ranbir. She playfully tells them to ask him directly about their plans. Mahua then asks Meghla to fetch Adrija. When Meghla goes to call her, Adrija pulls her aside and scolds her. Meghla explains she only came to call her as requested. Adrija then asks Nimrit to accompany her. Meher invites Adrija to come sit with the others.

Later, Rajat and Savi take the stage to share a heartfelt message about the merging of their cultures. Savi invites Daler Mehndi back on stage for another performance. He sings “Tunuk Tunuk”, prompting everyone to dance with joy. Rajat calls Ranbir via video, showing him the celebration. Ranbir smiles, especially when he sees Meghla, and imagines dancing with her.

Mahua tries to counsel Adrija, urging her not to let jealousy or anger get the better of her, especially on such a special day. She pleads with her to stay happy for the family’s sake. Meghla then performs the song “Ajeeb Dastan Hai Yeh”, captivating everyone with her voice. Though Adrija appears displeased, Daler Mehndi praises Meghla’s singing and blesses her before taking his leave, wishing everyone happiness.

Ranbir is shown en route to the event. Adrija calls him, urging him to hurry. He reassures her that he’s on his way. Back at the event, the elders carry out the roka ceremony with Adrija, giving her their blessings. However, Diljot becomes emotional and confronts the family, asking why they never arranged anything special for her. She breaks down, questioning why her happiness is never considered and remarks on how beautiful Adrija looks in the red chunri. The family looks on with concern. Meghla tries to comfort Diljot, urging her not to cry. Chandan also asks her what’s troubling her.

Meghla, still emotional, wonders aloud whether Adrija’s future in-laws will allow her to visit her parental home after marriage. Chandan says that Meghla is always concerned for Adrija’s well-being. Mahua adds that their interactions with Adrija will become more limited after marriage, but they hope to cherish the time they get with her. Chandan assures that Adrija is independent and will be free to visit anytime. Mahua then gently tells Meghla that she too will one day have to leave for her own marital home. Meghla firmly replies that she doesn’t want to leave—she wants to stay right here.

Just then, Ranbir arrives and spots Adrija on the stage. Shocked, he asks why the engagement ceremony is being conducted with Adrija. Everyone turns to him in stunned silence.
